Hail The Hedgehog was born in ice cap zone. one day there was a day when hail was 15 his mom told him to take the sonic sneakers and the ice-water tablet. he took the tablet and passed out for a week. when he woke up everything was gone he still had his shoes so he put them on. after that he fell in the water it din't feel cold to him and when he went to shore he wasn't wet only if he wanted to. so when he yawned his hand shot up and icesicle cam out it hit a badnik and it froze. he kicked it it was destroyed and thats how Hail ice powers were formed he shot his hand again this time water shot out the badnik was going to fast and slid on the water. so when hail was 17 he moved to mystic ruins in the summit.
