I can't tell if this person's a troll or not. I would like to know how the brain of either works in this scenario.

Anyways, we would have to assume Rouge would be dead since strawberry syrup does not contain the red blood cells needed to move oxygen to her muscles, nor does it have white blood cells to protect her from diseases. It is also too thick to be pumped through her system, and would probably cause her heart to either shut down or explode depending on its viscosity. Also the massive amount of sugar would turn her diabetic.
