"Dammit, I always hate the first day of school," Lori said to herself, her bookbag slung over her shoulder as she walked down the street to catch the bus. It wasn;t like she was new or anything; she had been going to the Station Square High since last year. It was just that the first day always sucked in a way that she could never really put her finger on. "Oh, well," Lori sighed and shrugged, nearing the bus stop.

Lori and Brittany has found thier way through the people and were now in the cafeteria, sitting with their group of friends. "Man, I got into so many fights this summer!" Nick said excitedly. Nick and Lori had been friends since seventh grade, and he had liked her then. But now they just stayed friends, with Lori telling him he needed a life. "Shocker there...." Eric said, running a hand through his extremely short, white-blond hair. "I got attacked my a f**king donkey this summer!" Christine whined, pointing at her ear. "See? It bit me!" When Lori, Brittany, Nick, Blake(Britt's brother) and Eric saw her tore open ear, they burst out laughing. "It's not funny!" Christine yelled, slamming her fist down on the table that they sat at. "Dude, quiet down, Donkey Girl!" Lori laughed. "They're gonna be ordering us to be quiet soon anyway...."

In the classroom, a short female fox with a scar on her right cheek sat at her desk. On the desk, there was a nametag that read "Ms. Jill". Ms. Jill wore a blue denim coat over brown dress pants, and she had piercing green eyes, which somehow resembled an eagle's eyes. After a bit, when seemingly all of the classmates arrived in the class, Ms. Jill got up from her desk, then she stated. "Good morning class." She stood in her spot, eyeing her students. "I said, good morning class." Ms. Jill repeated, a tone of impatience in her voice. The students then muttered. "Good morning Ms. Jill." "That's much better, now, welcome to 10th grade math. In here, you will learn the ropes of advanced numbers, and all of their relatives." There was a long silence, then a female hedgehog that had greenish-blue fur raised her hand/ "Ms. Jill, may I be excused to use the restroom?" "No. You can go after class." Ms. Jill answered, picking up a pile of papers, and handing out a copy to each student. "This is your assignment. Do it." She said, and students scrambled for pencils and scratch paper and started working.
