Arrested Development open invitation

Hey everyone,
Arrested Development, in my opinion the funniest show ever to have existed, has just finished the last episode in its initial rerunning on G4. This means that tonight (the 16th) at 11:30 (10:30 central), the series is starting over again with the pilot. I would encourage those who have not seen to show to start watching, because it's absolutely brilliant. The show airs every weekday at 2:00 PM EST and that same night at 11:30 EST, but it's fairly important to start with the beginning, since many of the jokes involve references to previous events.
Alright, that's all I wanted to say.

Same here. I've watched about four or five episodes, and I've enjoyed what I've seen of the show, but it's not an easy series to come into the middle of. Funny as it was, I'm sure a lot of the humor was lost on me because I didn't really know what was going on with the plot. I'd like to see it from the first episode.

I'ma be totally honest here; I saw the first episode, and wasn't really feelin' it. I remember when the show first debuted; I got myself all psyched for total hilarity, but then I saw the show, and all I got out of it was a few chuckles. I dunno, maybe the show got funnier, but I never had incetive to keep watching...
Besides... Y'know, G4...

If you people don't watch this, then you will be missing the funniest shit you will see on TV. Smart brilliant comedy, unforgettable characters, and super-crazy dialouge and timing. It is one of the best sit-coms out there, ever.
Watch it. It's that good.

I think you should try watching a few episodes. I actually thought, "Well, that was okay, not amazing," when I first saw it, too, but after like the fourth or fifth episode I was hooked. They don't beat you over the head with jokes; there's a lot of subtlety in there. Some things aren't even jokes, they're just hilarious anyway (ex. Gob's magic shows).
I have to admit it's not for everyone, but, a guy like you, Shmeckie? I think you've got the necessary brain power and humor disposition to enjoy it. What are the chances both Muzzy and I would steer you wrong?

Might as well give it another shot. The only other thing on at that hour is Family Guy on Adult Swim, and that show's either playing a rerun, or utter crap. I can afford to miss either one. Now there's the matter of tuning out all of the G4 stuff...

Alright you cocksmokers, MSN now has the first five episodes of Arrested Development up on their web site, with more to come, so there's no excuse if you run Windows (must view it in IE6 or 7 and have WMP and Flash installed).
