Sorry for the sudden downtime everyone, but an unexpected server emergency cropped up very fast, and to save this site as well as a few other major Sonic sites, we really had to move, so to speak.

So what this means is we're now paying to keep SOL, The Sonic Stadium, SonicAnime.net, and the entire Sonic Kingdom network up and running rather than the person who was originally taking care of things, to the tune of over $250 per month. We've got some financial stuff worked out with them, but it's still a big expense. I'm not a beggar, and I really hate to do this, but for future reference, please note there will be a PayPal donate button at the bottom of the forums that looks like the one at this link:

http://www.sonic-onl...com/paypal.html

(And yes, that's active and clickable.)

So if you feel like throwing a few bucks our way some month, great. If not, no big deal, we'll survive. Thanks.

Anyway, things might move slowly for a little bit, but eventually you should find that SOL will run smoother and faster than ever. Happy posting.

Ah, I was wondering what the hell happened there... The forums were down with some 'server move in progress' notification, and at first I thought it might be some kind of terrorist attack, but then I figured that if that were the case then I had nothing to worry about since Sway and his Band of Freedom would defeat them with the righteous power of rock and roll before the day was over. Thus I decided to celebrate by playing Tekken 5.

Anyway, long story short, I'm glad everything is back online and running smoothly.

I'm glad the forums are back up. I only missed it for about a day since I was sick.

So Sway, what'll happen if no one ever decides to donate money to SOL?

If no one ever does? Likely nothing, it will just cost us more.

Blah, it makes me sad that SOL and PA (I know the truth!) are on the same server as This.

But yeah, if I ever get a Pay Pal account, I'll donate a buck or two.

Oh, eww! My forums are on a tainted server that promotes Brokeback-style Sonic/Shadow love. :(

And I care about their feelings why?

I mean, FFS, Shadow and Sonic are ENEMIES, Not gay lovers.

The biggest question is; why? Why "Sonadow"? How does that pairing enter anyone's psyche? "They look alike, so they should fuck"?!

is this going to be another thread dedicated to another Sonic Passions scenario, but in turn might affect Sway and Requium financially?

Make fun of Sonadow all you care to; they'd be more hard up leaving than we would be if they left.

Sonadow definitely does not warrant a SP-style mockery, though. That slash stuff is standard affair these days.

Oh, that's our blog to keep the other sites updated, we're in charge of the server and we're obviously affiliated with SOL, so that's why it's there. SOLtis. Req came up with that, so don't blame me if you think it's dumb!
