[Miles Prower: Cy-Fox]

2049- Station Square

It was a rainy night, one of the unusual weather patterns. Lightning crackled over the Cemetary Zone. The sound of the wind droned out a more important noise. The clanking of metal on hard ground. Then a whine of servometric motors as the metal thing had kneeled on one leg. Lightning flared again showing a gray helmet with a large crack in it, a crack in the black visor, showing a single blue eye. The helmet ended in a furry mass of white fox fur and then a chin guard was the final piece. Orange and yellow ears perked out of the top of the helmet as did bangs of the same colored fur were poking out of the forehead region of the helmet. The cyborg was a police unit, known as Cy-Fox. Cy-Fox harnessed the core of the fox that occupied the grave he was in front of.

Miles "Tails" Prower......

Cy-Fox slowly reached up for the release switch of his helmet and heard a loud pop as it broken completely.

Damn... he thought. Must of been damaged at the final GUN offensive *CF-4 (*CF-4 See Cy-Fox 4 for information on that)

Miles looked up as the rain started to pelt his exposed head. He did not look as a black car pulled up. Two sets of rainboots hit the ground and they approached him.

The first set belonged to Amy Rose, Sonic's wife until he died *CF-PD (*CF-PD See Cy-Fox Prime Directives), the other, a 24 year old Maria Robotnik, rescued from ARK Station *CF-4

"Just look at him...." Maria says quietly. "All alone there.....why does he do this?"

"He's trying to get in touch with himself..." Amy says. "He's tried it ever since he found his identity again. It never works...he's never going to be Tails again. He knows it, but he grasps at it, a figment of memory. Just like Sonic did before he became RoboCop 3." *CF-PD

"I do too..." Maria says. "I felt safe in his arms when he was being shot at, being completely run down and he never let go, never let them get me....and he brought me into this time, to live....to"

"To love..." Amy finished. "Maria, you're young, there's a lot of people out there for you.."

"But there's only one person I want." Maria says softly. "Its Tails."

Miles looked down at his gravemarker still running through his memories. He recalled a song running through his memories files and let the words stream through his conciousness, looking at Maria.

How can you see into my eyes
Like open doors?
Lading you down into my core,
Where I've become so numb....

He remembered cutting into his arm and seeing blood and wire...

Without a soul,
My spirit's sleeping somewhere cold,
Until you find it there and lead it back
Home.


He looked into his program, searching for his conciousness...

None.

Wake me up inside, wake me up inside. Save me...

He was nothing.

Call my name and save me from undone.

He was no longer a fox.

Wake me up, bid my blood to run, before I come undone, save me from undone.

He was a machine.

He rose up from his metal feet and then cowled his left hand into a fist and plunged it into the headstone of the grave, shattering it to pieces.

I've been living a lie....there's nothing inside

He looked at Maria then.

Frozen inside without your touch,
Without your love, darling.
Only you are the life among the dead

He looked at her blond hair waving in the wet wind.

Bring me to life.......... he thought. Maria moved forward to him, and held out her hand.

Cold metal and fur grasped it.

That's a good story, I'm a Robocop fan myself. But it sounded like there were previous episodes to it. Is that true?

Yes, but I wanted to give everyone a small taste of the series first to see how it'd be reacted to. I'll post the other episodes if there's enough acclaim for it.
