THE HEROES OF THE PACIFISTS
PROLOGUE: Sora’s job was to seal all the doors of the many worlds that exist. By doing this, darkness would not be able to get through. After doing this, he destroyed the overlord of the darkness, ansem. And yet, when he thought that all the doors had been sealed, one was left open. Just one, legendary, important, unlocked door that made all the universe kneel before it’s power. The door of time. This was the door that lead to the temple of light. A temple that controlled all existence of good, bad, and the unknown. With this door, all of existence could fall into darkness and obliterate into nothing. But this is not where our story will start, no. we shall start it at the gates of Disney castle. Here is where our story will fall into existence.
Chapter one: the guitar-blade master.
The gates of Disney castle, the place where destiny begins. We will begin the story on a dark morning in spring. The wind was rough, and all was quiet. This day was the beginning of something evil. Something that would change fate. Takum had planned this day for a long time now. He was here on a mission. He was here to find the king, who had just returned from an unknown journey. Takum was patient about this day. He knew that today was his perfect chance. He glanced around for a while before he finally climbed the gate. When he got to the other side, he found that it was enormous. He had all to well expected this and quickly hid behind the nearest bush. He was smart to do this too, for there were three castle guards conversing with one another. He listened as they walked by. Have you heard, the left one asked. Why yes, the middle one said. The king has returned from his journey. Takum had no time for this. He dashed passed them and went towards the front door. Would he go in? no, he knew too well of what disaster that would be. He went around and found a window that had been left open for unknown reasons. He peeped inside. There he was. The king. This was takums chance. He could snag the king right there. that’s when a guard walked in. so close. But takum was patient. It was his job to get the king and he would not fail his leader. He listened to Mickey talk to the guard. Mickey was talking about ansem. “ansem is now the least of our worries”, he said in a strong willed voice. A man by the name of Garcia has set out to re-release the heartless. If he succeeds, then sora’s attempts will be all for not. We cannot let this happen. I have sources that tell me of two warriors that will be needed to fight by sora’s side. Takum did not like the sound of these two warriors. This would be the end of him. Although, he did not know this Garcia. He looked around to make sure there was nobody watching him, then he began to listen again. “One of these warriors is in this very courtyard as we speak. Takum flinched and made a noise that sounded funny. He looked up. No one had noticed. Then he heard the king say,” The other is in another world called kokori forest”. Takum looked around and saw no one that could be this so called warrior. Takum looked around one last time. No one around. He looked back in the window and saw the guard sit down. But then takum got a feeling. He couldn’t hold it in. just like that, takum let out a big, loud, annoying sneeze that made the guard jump. Takum began to dash. He had to hide. He was going towards the castle gate when he tripped and fell into a grotto. At first it seemed endless. Then he bumped his head and fell into a deep sleep. I don’t know how long he layed there, but when he woke up, he was in the castle in a big bed. He looked around. He was in there by himself. How did he get in there, he thought to himself. It didn’t matter, he had to get out. He looked towards the nearest door. The door knob turned and he quickly jumped under the covers. It was the king and goofy. They both looked exited. The king told goofy to check takum. Goofy tugged at the blanket and takum jumped up. What do you want, Takum yelled with horror. Yep, ahyuck, goofy said in a goofy voice. Good, the king answered. Bring him to the main room in an hour or two, the king and goofy looked very exited. Like they had found something that they had always wanted. Dress him up in the dressing room in anything he wishes and let him eat whatever he wants. I don’t want him feeling uncomfortable while he stays here. And just like that, he was in the coolest clothes, he had a full belly, and he was going to the king!? This wasn’t good. He was going to get sentenced to death or something. They fed him and gave him good clothes as a last request sort of thing. He was now very uncomfortable. Goofy took him to the door and opened it. What was inside, was nothing he had expected.
Chapter two: the other
Well since takum was in this situation, he wasn’t going to let go without a fight. He decided to run off. He heard goofy holler,
“No wait!!” but takum didn’t stop. He went as fast as he could until he was stopped by none other than sora himself. “where are you going”, he asked In a smart voice. I’m leaving the castle, takum was in a hurry. He pushed sora aside and dashed off. Sora grabbed his shirt and takum fell. What kind of warrior runs away, sora asked in half a laugh. Me? I’m the warrior, takum asked surprised. Yep, your coming with me, goofy, and Donald to find the other warrior, then we will go and fight the one who is to re-release the heartless, he said in a warrior type voice. Takum was surprised to hear this. Takum did not know he was the warrior. But how could this be? He wasn’t expecting something like this to happen. Yes the others would have to wait. He could first earn the kings trust, then kidnap him. This was a quick and very smart plan. Takum stood there for a moment, hesitated, then said, “If I go, what’s in it for me?” Sora looked at takum in a funny way then said, “If there was something you wanted, what would it be?” Takum didn’t want anything. All he wanted, was the king right now. Then I guess I’ll come. Takum turned around, and walked back down the corridor. Goofy looked at him, smiled and opened the door. It was a festival. A festival to honor the kings return. Takum looked up. There was a balcony that had a banner on it. It said, may the departure of the heroes be a safe one. Takum smiled under his collar. This was really happening. He was going on an adventure and he was going to earn the kings trust. This would be so easy, takum thought to himself, if I had a weapon. The truth is, takum didn’t have a weapon. The only thing he had was armor. He would steal one from the armory before he left. It would all be too easy. Everyone stood up as the king sat down on his thrown. “Everyone listen up!”, said the king as he grabbed his goblet. I want to make a toast to the heroes who are going to seal the door of time! “May they always be safe in this world, and any other that they may go to!” At this, the entire room started cheering. Goofy blushed and tipped his glass in the air. Sora smiled and looked around. Takum frowned and looked at his feet. “They depart from the castle tomorrow morning!” Everyone cheered again and stuck they’re glasses in the air. That night, after the banquet, takum couldn’t get to sleep. No matter how hard he tried, he just looked up at the ceiling, and stared. He kept thinking about what sora had said. “If there was something you wanted, what would it be?”. he just kept thinking and thinking. What did he want? He had never wanted anything. Then like that, he slowly drifted into sleep.
Chapter three: Never forget
Far away, in another world, lays a young man. Not any ordinary young man, one who has been dubbed hero of this land. For when the people needed hope, this particular young man was there. He has been living in horror of the kings loyalty to a wicked and twisted man named, gannondorf. Nothing had been said or done for a long while. All he knew was that he didn’t like gannondorf, and wanted him thrown out of the kingdom of hyrule. Then one morning, in late spring… Link! Wake up link!, said the voice of a woman. What do you want, said link in morning sickness. You have a visitor, said the voice again. It could be someone special, she giggled as she picked up his laundry and dusted the room. Link slowly got out of bed and went to the porch. Oh hello there saria, said link in a nice voice. Link, link! The fairy needs you! She said to come right away, said a small and panic pushed saria. What did she need me for, asked link with a look of concern. She didn’t say, but oh you’d better hurry. saria ran up the main path as fast as she could. Link followed her. When they got to the end of the path, there was a humongous fire. It outlined the path to the fairy’s fountain. Was this here when you left, asked link in a hurried voice. No, it wasn’t, said a very concerned saria. It looks dangerous, you stay here and get help If ever I ask it, link said as he entered the dark cavern of which used to be the great fairy’s fountain. When link got inside, it was pitch black dark. Link peered into the fountain to see if the fairy was there. Hahahahaaaaa, laughed a dark, twisted, and wicked voice in which link could remember. “It has been a long time link, since last I saw you“. Its been a little too long for me, said a very angry link. What are you up to this time you green gibbon? I’m glad you asked, said a very pleased ganondorf. You see, I’ve stolen the great fairy’s powers and plan to use them on you. Yeah, we’ll just see about that. Linked jumped in the air and gannon the same. Link took out the master sword and thrusted it at Gannon. “You remember this sword, don’t you” Asked a very pleased link. I remember it all to well, said he as he sneakily drew his own sword. Heh heh heh, you are definitely the hero of time, but you wont feel so hot once Garcia releases the heartless.
The what, asked the half shocked, half ready link. Ah the heartless, they’ll do the most utter destruction anyone will ever have seen, and when they do, I will claim myself ruler of hyrule, Hahahahahahaaaaa!!! At this, link thrusted his sword into gannon’s skull. Gannon laughed and said, I will return. Then turned to stone and disintegrated into nothing. Link looked pleased, and blacked out right there where he had slayed the evil king.
When he woke up, saria was by his side, are you alright? Yes, he said slowly. Where is the fairy? She’s in the fountain, said saria as she helped link up. Will she be ok, link asked as they walked home. Yes, said saria. She’ll be alright. And like that, they were gone from the cave and back home.
Quit pushing takum, said a very displeased sora. They were in the gummi ship, and they were headed towards the door of time. Sora even admitted himself that he had never seen this door before. Goofy looked out the window and screamed in horror, Look out! It was a snake. A very big, evil, dark snake. It was headed towards them, when sora kicked into the door. Sora, who was glad to be in the door and away from the snake, was very happy to see hyrule. It was a beautiful place, full of wonder, full of mystery. It was as if you could expect anything to happen. He landed right by a village. C’mon, said Donald as he opened the door. Takum followed, for he was a little queasy. When they got to the front of the village, two guards were standing watch. Halt, are you here to see the execution, one asked. Sora looked at him confused. He was about to say no, when takum yelled, that’s exactly why were here! Then you may enter, said the other guard. When they got into the village, sora hit takum in the head. Ow, what was that for, asked takum with an unpleasant thumping in his head. Keep your mouth closed next time. Let me do all of the talking. Well I got us in didn’t I, asked takum in a smart voice. Well lets hope your that lucky next time. They looked around. It looked as if something bad was about to happen. In the distance, just barely, you could make out the cruel laughter of people. The execution! They all shouted at once. They dashed towards the noise and found where it was coming from. Everyone was laughing at a young man who was about to be executed. Link, do you understand the charges against you!? Said a very fat executioner. What charges, asked a very shameful link. You are here by sentenced to death for the disappearance of the king, and the killing of his advisor, ganondorf! Just then, a young girl stood up out of nowhere and said, let him go! Everyone in the crowd silenced. This is not the man who has caused my fathers disappearance, he is the towns hope, the one who saved you all when you dire needed it. Ganondorf is not what he claimed to be. He is but a monster. A monster who is really responsible for my fathers disappearance. And so I say upon to you, let him forth be let go from this foolish crime. The executor untied him and let him go. Then the crowd slowly left. The only people left were sora, goofy, Donald, and takum. They stayed and listened to link talk to this woman. I told you not to do it link, you knew that. Why did you do it? Link turned to her and said, he had me cornered. What was I supposed to do? Then she looked into his eyes and said, now we’ll never know where my father is. And she walked away crying. I’m such an idiot, yelled an angry link. Hey, we can help you find your father, said sora. Takum looked at him and asked, we can? Yes, we can help you find her father, said sora with a brave heart. I don’t need your charity, said link as he walked away. Gwarsh, what’s eatin him, asked goofy. Whatever it is, we have to find out, said Donald. Lets go! They followed link until he stopped at lake hylia. Navi! Shouted link as he began to skip rocks across the lake. Navi, why did you leave me, I need you! He began to cry and buried his face in his arms. Who’s navi, asked takum as he chewed on the brim of his hat. I dunno, but were going to find her, and the king, replied a confident sora. Link, link! What’s wrong, asked a familiar voice. Saria, I, I just… I lost Zelda’s only chance
To find her father, he said with a depressed look. Saria looked at him smiled and said in a funny voice, well if I were king, I would want to go and find out why the royal tomb has been robbed in the past few days. Link laughed, and suddenly, out of nowhere, he stood up and shouted, saria! You’re a genius! And ran off. Sora and takum dashed towards her and began asking questions. Could you please help us? We need to know who navi is, and where she is. Saria looked at them and said, she isn’t around here anymore, she left link a long time ago. Shes a fairy. Sora looked at her in confusion and said, oh. Takum then asked her, where was the king seen last? He was going to the royal tomb. Then that’s where were going, said sora. And they were off.
Chapter four: the hero of time
It was colder and darker than ever before. The king looked down at the golden painted triangled shapes on the ground. He took out a flute and played a few notes, and the tomb of old opened. “I’ll get to the bottom of this”, said he as he entered the grave. There had been reports of grave theft the past couple of days. He was going to find out who did it and punish them dearly. The king entered the crypt, anxious to see what awaited him. Back in town the four heroes were busy searching for link.
Link!!! Called sora as they walked through town. Takum looked at a man who was selling weapons and then realized something, he forgot to steel a weapon from the armory! He checked his pockets for money and found none. Goofy looked at takum and asked, what are ya doin’? takum looked at him and said, I’m.. uh… looking for a souvenir. Takum then looked away and shunned himself from the conversation. Out of nowhere, almost instantly, a loud trumpet was played and all went quiet. “here ye all!, said a very important looking soldier. The king will be returning momentarily! He has been investigating matters of his own the past few days and has returned with important news! A meeting will be held at the balcony of his majesty in one hour! All should come to this and pay there respects to his majesty! That is all, and the soldier walked towards the castle. An hour later at the castle, the king was speaking to the people of an ancient treasure. He was telling the story of hyrule long, long ago. “Long, long ago, A shadow was cast upon hyrule”. The people of the land prayed that a warrior would come and save them, but none came. Out of this shadow came a wicked figure. He cast some into stone and enslaved the rest. Then out of nowhere, a young boy, as if from nowhere,
Stood up to this great and terrible evil. The evil figure just stood there and laughed. But then, a great and shining force, shrunk from the heavens to aid him. With the arrows of light, and the sword of all swords, he banished the evil that came to the land. The shining force, the “golden power”, was said to have rose into the heavens again. The sword was sealed away inside of a secret location to be touched by no one. The only ones who could touch the blade, were the royal family, and the one of pure heart. I have discovered that it has been removed from the crypt by my advisor, ganondorf. He tried to hide it, but link found it and has returned the legendary blade back to the royal family. I am in need of this, Hero, or as he is called in ancient times, “The hero of time”. I am having a royal duel to find this hero, so that he can protect the golden power, which is only known by me. This duel will start tomorrow in the early afternoon. Bring weapons, swords, shields, whatever you want. I will be the judge along with my daughter, the fair princess, Zelda. The next day, sora and takum were already heading towards the castle for the duel. Donald and goofy were staying behind to fix the gummi ship for its next launch. When they got to the duel, they had found out that they were too late. The fights were already taking place. They decided to stay and watch. A big goron with a hammer was fighting link. Takum knew link was outmatched. The goron slammed his hammer down and the earth began to shake. Link jumped up and knocked him on the head. He fell to the ground and again, shook the earth. There was one more match to go. It was time for the final. Takum hit sora lightly on the back of his head and sora said, What? Maybe the hero of time is the other hero that the king was looking for, he said with a gentle voice. Hey, you could be right, said sora as the king announced the two finalists. And the two finalists are, Crudel of goron city, and link of hyrule. Everyone cheered. It had been a while back since a battle had been this exiting. The winner of this round will be claimed the hero of time! Ready, Go!!! And there they were, link with his slingshot, and crudel with his fists. It was a tough battle. Link was getting beaten pretty severely. It wasn’t until link hit the floor when he shot crudel in the eye and knocked him out. Link got up, and smiled. The entire crowd cheered. Link was the hero of time. He was found, known, and needed, but the only question was, how were they gonna get him to come with sora and gang?
Chapter five: The release

Link had been inside the castle a long time now. He was anxious to see Zelda again who had been at the ceremony. He looked out the window and smiled. He was so happy to get to see Zelda smile again, that he made her a small ocarina, about the size of the palm of her hand. He would give it to her, and see her smile again. Then, someone knocked on his door. It was the king. Hello link, he said in a dignified voice. Link bowed and said, yes majesty? The king brought link back to his feet and said, do not bow before me link. I should be bowing down to you. You are the hero of time who has saved hyrule countless times in its past. But your destiny now does not belong here link. Link looked up and asked, if not here, then where? The king looked at him and pointed out the window. Out there link, that is where you are going. Hyrule doesn’t need you now, and another world does. Link looked at him and asked, what of the golden power? The king looked disappointed and said, she is coming with you. Link then quickly asked, what do you mean she? The king sighed and said, the golden power is none other than… Zelda!?, link quickly asked. Yes, sighed the king. Well time is wasting. Meet her in the courtyard and hurry! Link ran all the way through the castle, and when he got to the courtyard, Zelda was standing there all alone. Are you ready to go link?, asked she as she grabbed his arm. Zelda, about yesterday, I.., Zelda stopped him and said, Its ok. He’s safe now, and that’s all that matters. They both walked into the gummi ship and it took off. Back in Disney castle, the king has just got an important message. The message reads as follows: “I have heard of your aggression towards me and my army”. I will release the heartless once more, and there is nothing anyone can do. Your world will be reopened, and it will be destroyed. By doing this, I will be able to create a world of my own. I will be able to change it in any way that I wish. I will leave nobody alive. You will all die. When the king finished reading this, he stood up and said, Now are greatest fears have come true. The fate of the worlds rests in your hands now sora. I hope you make it. Yes, Garcia had succeeded in releasing the heartless. The only thing sora could do now is use all the force possible to seal the door to darkness. As soon as the king got the message, he sent it to sora. It explained where sora should go, and what he should do. All six of them were in for a surprise. For when they got to the end of the world, they were all but on-time. Garcia looked down upon the cruel world that would bring him to greatness. The heartless were all gathered in the middle of it all and there were millions of them. “Look at them, all prepared for there time to devour the hearts of all”. Garcia was a very evil man. Although his real name was not Garcia. It was garlin. He couldn’t tell anyone his real name for it would give him away. When sora arrived, the heartless came, and all hope will abandon them.
Chapter six: The new evil
Garcia looked out of the tower and laughed. Then he walked towards the back of the room and picked up his staff. This will put me in charge of it all, he said as pointed it at an amulet he had placed on the floor. He sat down and shot it. It glowed for a second, and then turned into a heartless. Hahahahaaaa!!! He laughed as he put down the staff. I shall call you, mimiru, the leader of the heartless. I want you to lead the heartless into all of the worlds that will soon be unlocked. She bowed and said, yes my master, I will bring us into victory. She stood up, and disappeared into the shadows. Outside, everything was getting worse. The heartless army was steadily and constantly growing. Sora and gang were already heading towards the castle. Takum was getting very nervous every time sora would say anything. For no apparent reason he would just start to stutter and mumble. Sora just thought he was scared but that wasn’t it. Takum knew something and he wasn’t going to tell them. They all climbed the tower with constant fear of the heartless catching them. When they got to the top, they heard all the heartless yell and looked down. A dark figure was approaching them. Whoever it was, they would have to wait. They finally got into the top tower when they saw Garcia. Sora took out his key blade. Garcia just sat there in his chair. Sora thought that an attack from behind would be perfect so he slowly approached him. Sora was wrong, for Garcia said, it took you long enough. He sat up and turned around and said, It looks like you have a big party with you key blade master. Link took out his sword and told Garcia to cut the chat. Garcia smiled and said, It doesn’t matter if you defeat me, my master will be the one to defeat you. Its only a matter of time before it happens. All of the worlds will be his to destroy if you defeat me. I will not fight you now, for I have much business to tend to. I will return you to another world right now, then Garcia took his staff and shot it at them and they all vanished. When sora woke up, they were all in Disney castle. The king was standing there and looking at them strangely. How’d you get back here so fast, he asked them as he helped them up. We’ve got no time to lose, we have to get back to the end of the world and fast! Sora said as he dashed down the hall. When they got outside dark clouds rolled over them and it began to rain. In the distance, just arely, you could make out a small darkness that began to grow. The heartless. Goofy took out his shield, Donald his staff, sora his key blade, Zelda her sword, and link the master sword. Everyone looked at takum. He didn’t have a weapon. Wheres your weapon, he asked as takum stood there. I, I don’t have one, he mumbled. You lied!? Asked a now very angry sora. You were never a warrior at all, were you?, you lied to the king, you lied to me, and you lied to everyone else. Takum, get out of here now, if you come back we wont let you get away with what you did. Now go! Takum ran off towards the gate and disappeared. Sora looked very angry now. He looked at everyone else and said, well, lets get to it. The heartless seemed more powerful than they should have been. It was now, five of them, and thousands of heartless. They came constantly and steady as everyone swung away with there weapons. Some of the heartless went in takum’s direction and goofy shouted sora look! Sora just said, serves him right, and continued fighting the heartless. They were all doing pretty good until sora fainted when a heartless stroke him in the back of the head. After that, one by one, they all fell and fainted. This is where you’d expect the story to end, but it wasn’t. takum was standing right there by the gate. He was crying. He didn’t mean for innocent people to get hurt. He was going to fight. He suddenly for a few seconds, remembered something that he was told a long time ago before his mother had passed away. Takum, I wont make it through tonight, said his mother as she sat in her bed. Mommy, don’t leave me here all alone, said a young takum. Please don’t leave me mommy. Takum, I want you to promise me something. I want you to promise me that you will always stand and fight for you and your friends. No matter how impossible it seems, I want you to stay strong like your father was. Takum looked at her and said, I promise. And just as takum said that, she smiled and died. All of takums fury was building up inside of him and he stood up and said, I wont let this happen. Out of nowhere, as if heard by an angel, a weapon appeared in his hand. He jumped in and started swinging away. Heartless flew in every direction, and he didn’t stop. One by one, they all started to vanish. Takum just swung and swung until there were only fifteen left. They were the strongest heartless in the army. Takum jumped at them, but it was too much. He tried and tried but it was just not enough. He stood there, looked up and said, it’s too much mother, what should I do? Just as he said that, sora stood up, link stood up, goofy, Donald, and Zelda all stood up. Takum looked at them and shrunk to his knees. Sora put his hand on takum’s shoulder. Takum looked up and sora said, we’ll do this together. He looked back at Donald and goofy and said you don’t mind if we do it a little different this time do you? Donald and goofy smiled and said, go get em sora. Link walked towards them along with takum and stood together. Courage! And all the heartless vanished. A little later, when they had all been cleaned up, they were all headed towards the gummi ship to go back to the end of the world again. When they got on the gummi ship, sora smiled and looked at takum and asked, why did you come back? Takum looked at his feet and said, it was something I promised my mother before she passed away. Sora frowned and asked, what was that? She wanted me to help my friends, no matter how impossible it seemed, she wanted me to be as fierce as my father was, takum said this as he looked at his feet.
Chapter Seven: An unexpected sacrifice
When they got into the end of the world again, the heartless were all gone. The only thing they saw, was a little girl crying in the middle of nowhere. They walked towards her slowly. When they got close to her, they noticed she was sitting in the castles shadow. What are you doing here all alone little girl, asked sora as she turned around. My brother went into the castle all by himself and he hasn’t come back, said the little girl. Is there anything we can do for her sora, asked takum as he looked at the door of the tower. Link looked at her and had a disapproving look on his face. I don’t trust her, said link. The little girl smiled and looked at link. Very good hero of time, said she as she stepped slowly out of the shadows. Gannon, said link in a shocked voice. No, I am not real, said him as he grinned at link, I am nothing more than a mere shadow. Link, you must listen to me, the land of hyrule will be destroyed along with many other worlds in exactly 12 hours. If hyrule is destroyed, I will have nothing to take over. You need to find my piece of the golden power and return to the temple of light. Gannon looked at Zelda and the others. Looks like you have some friends to help you as well. Link looked at him and said, how do I know that this isn’t one of your stupid traps? Gannon looked at link and laughed, because, I’m letting you go this time. Now listen carefully, I left all my power in the kings crown. You must hurry before midnight tonight. If you don’t, hyrule will be destroyed and all will be lost. I didn’t expect all this when I was told about the heartless. Now hurry, may the gods be on your side. They all ran to the gummi ship, only to find a heartless waiting for them. Well, well, well, what do we have here?, said an evil voice that had never been heard before. Who are you and what do ya want, yelled a very angry sora. My name is mimiru and I am the leader of all heartless. My master created me for that purpose. Well, I guess we’ll just have to fight her this time sora, said an eager goofy. Lets get rid of her and get to hyrule before it’s too late, said link. No, you guy’s go and get to hyrule while I take care of her, said takum in an angry voice. Mimiru looked at him and laughed, believe me, you wont even last a minute with me. Everyone got on the ship except for takum. They watched as takum and mimiru fought. Donald flew the ship away and out of the door, and that’s the last they saw of takum. When they got to the door of time, goofy looked back to find that the door to the end of the world was collapsing. Everyone watched as it disappeared into nothing. Everyone went silent and went through the door. Thank you takum, may your sacrifice be not in vein, said Zelda as they exited the ship. They hurried as fast as they could to the castle. They went inside and Donald yelled, we only have one and a half hours left! The king was on his thrown when they went into the main room. Daddy, yelled Zelda as they drew nearer to the king. We need your crown, yelled sora. The king looked at them puzzled and asked, what ever for? We can’t explain right now, we need it fast, said a hurried link. The king gave it to sora and they were off. Zelda was the last one out and she turned around and said, thank you daddy, blew him a kiss, and was off. When they got outside, link looked at the clock on the tower. It was 10:00 o’clock. They were not going to make it. They didn’t even know where the temple of light was. Then link remembered something. The temple of time, the doorway to the temple of light, said he as they looked at him. We have to hurry, we only have a couple of hours before midnight. Sora looked at him and said, were not going to make it. Why not, asked link. Because of the heartless, he replied as everyone looked at the dark clouds that drew nearer. They drew there weapons awaiting the danger of what would happen next.
Chapter Eight: The golden power
Zelda looked at them and said, we do have time left, link, remember the ocarina I gave you? Link took it out and said, yes, you gave it to me on my birthday when we were kids. Zelda took it from his hand and said, everyone, hold on. And everyone did. Zelda then played a song that stopped everything. The clouds didn’t move, the wind didn’t blow, the heartless froze in place. Come on, we’ve got to get to the temple now, said link as everyone stood there confused as to what had just happened. When they got to the temple of time, they walked to the door and Zelda took out the ocarina again. This time she played a different song and the door opened. There were three pedestals and another door. O.K. link, said Zelda. We have to step on the pedestals and add our power too Gannon’s. they set the crown on one pedestal, and stepped onto the others. Zelda told sora to play the song she had played on the ocarina and gave it to him. Sora played the song perfectly and the room suddenly filled with light. Link and Zelda stepped off of the pedestals as the door opened. They walked in and stood still, amazed at what they saw. It was the Triforce. Link stepped up to it as it began to speak. “Whatever your heart doth desire, speak your heart and have it true”. Link placed his hand on it and said, I wish the heartless gone, I wish Garcia sealed inside the ultimate prison, I wish for our friends return. The triforce gleamed at link and said, The first two wishes may be granted, the third cannot. Link looked at his feet and frowned. Link turned to sora and said, the last wish is yours. Sora looked at him and asked, me? Sora thought for a moment, he had never wanted anything before. The only thing he could think of was takum. Since that was impossible he said, I wish the heartless could never be released again. The triforce gleamed and the entire room lit up. It slowly disappeared and the room darkened. A little later everyone was telling each other goodbye. Will we ever see you again, asked Zelda. The next time your in the neighborhood, you should stop by, said link. Sora smiled and said, of course we’ll see you again. Donald jumped up and said, definitely. Goofy was already in the gummi ship when sora and Donald got on. What’s wrong goofy, asked sora in a concerned voice. Do ya think we’ll ever see takum again, asked goofy as he stared out the window. Of course we will, said sora in a cheerful voice. Donald went to the front of the ship and they flew off towards there home.
