Quote of the Month - April Hungry Hungry Hippos edition

It's that time again... time to nominate and later vote your favorite quotes from this month! Remember, nomination runs up until the end of the month, so ration your nominations accordingly.
Rules:
1) Quotes must be from the first day of this month up until the last day of this month.
2) Quotes must be from a forum member.
3) You can't nominate your own quote.
4) You can second/third/etc. quotes if you so wish, and this is in fact encouraged to help pick the quotes that will make it to the voting period.
5) Three nominations max per person. Seconding a quote counts as one.
6) Please provide a link to the post(s) of your quotes. Snapback tags do this for you automatically if you make use of this method.
7) A maximum of six quotes will be chosen for voting. In the event of a tie, the staff shall pick the final six. Six quotes do not necessarily have to be chosen, though. It could be two or something if there's slim pickings.
8) No quotes from this forum (Games, Jokes and Beyond). The reason being everyone is trying to be funny here, rather than cracking a joke or something in the context of a discussion. It's a spam forum mainly, too.
9) **NEW RULE** The hilarious irony of nominating a stupid quote has passed. So, if you are thinking about nominating a post where someone freaked out and got mad, or where someone said something terribly misinformed, or whatever, don't.
Finally, as this is the Hungry Hungry Hippos edition of QotM, any quotes involving or referencing Hungry Hungry Hippos receive 2000 bonus points and a special golden trophy and are automatically entered in the final vote!
So that's that. You know what to do.

What is it that makes a complete stranger dive into an icy river to save a solid gold baby? Maybe we'll never know.

EE sent me two copies of two excerpts of the rules all passive-aggressive-like for that one! =)

Well, poll's up. No really memorable ones from this month, and not nearly enough Hungry Hungry Hungry Hippos quotes (I saw a couple other ones, but I wanted to save my last nomination and then I forgot), but nevertheless, we must continue onward!
