Once again Sway, I'm in awe of your l33t Photoshop skills. Great, great stuff there.

I agree that maybe the body text on the back should be moved a little farther toward the edge, if only ever so slightly. It looks good on the flat image, but when you see it on the 3D mockup, it appears to be, I donno, kind of crowding Clark a little bit or something. The WB logo looks in my opinion, though, as does everything else.

One thing you might want to consider, and this is very insignificant, but so long as you're adding all the copyright info and making this look as authentic as possible, you might want to consider adding a production code (or is it a printing code... I forget) to the spine of the set. Or, at least, place some X's where it would go. I believe that's what they do on official mockups before the code is finalized.

Thanks for the comments. I did decide to move that text back over. It looked fine until I actually really noticed it, and then it bothered me until I changed it.

I was going to put a fake DVD catalog number and make a fake UPC, which is what I usually do, but I decided a UPC would detract from the design, and as such I left off the catalog number as well. There are actually a lot of things wrong/inaccurate with this cover, but it's all on purpose because I'm not just making this to fake people out, I'm going to be using it, so I might as well make it to suit my tastes.

I'm considering dropping the Warner design and going with a Columbia Tristar design actually, because I prefer the look to the Warner one. I'd still use the right logos, just change the design. Here's what I made with the Columbia Tristar design back in July/August:

I know I'm a retard and no one cares, but maybe I will get discovered by a DVD talent scout, so I have to keep posting.

The following video will be my title screen which will allow you to select from all the episodes. I think it's pretty nice, and I'd like to know if you think so too.

It's 5.58MB, DivX encoded, and very poor quality to save on bandwidth and to make the download easier for you guys. Please ignore the green blocks that pop up from time-to-time, they were the result of an error in a video conversion. Also the "fade to white" at the end did not letterbox for some reason. Ignoring these problems, I think it's about as good as I can get it. It has sound too. I decided against ochestral music and I made it far more complex than needed. Oh well.

Oh yeah dorki, the song is called "Fly From The Inside" by Shinedown. It's chopped up pretty good, so I'm working on it, I know it gets rough in parts right now. And yeah, once again, green blocks will be gone in the final version. And there are a few other video errors as well I guess.

Edit: All errors are fixed save for the green block problem (I'm so lazy). Added some mock text as well to give it that menu feel. I don't know the names of episodes 16-23 (or 22 or 24, whatever it's going to be), and 11-15 are only what has been heard.

Your problem may just be that Windows Media Player is trying to stream it, instead of downloading the whole thing. Right click the link and then go to "Save Target As" on your computer to download it
