[Flare the Hedgehog]

MS Paint does have a transparency feature, actually. here's a visual tutorial on how to work the transparency feature.

Also, you can select a tertiary color by holding the control key while you pick a color. I don't quite know exactly what it does, but oh well.

Now, Flame, all you need is the talent and skill required to make your OWN material without crappily editing others' stuff! Once you have that, just get a sense of humor, a few points up on your IQ, an ability to use the english language, and hey, maybe a speck of talent or two, and you're all set!

i used paint for years and i NEVER new that one

Hey guys I've got an idea for fighting game
so I won't be work on the comic often
