Okay, good, I can speak frankly. Currently nearly all of the GOP candidates scare the living shit out of me, save Jon Huntsman, and I'm afraid he probably isn't going to be nominated. The way things are going, I'll be voting for Obama, who I'm not especially fond of after signing the NDAA amendment into law. But it's a lesser of two evils thing I suppose.
As for the outcome? Who the hell knows. At the very least I hope that Mitt Romney gets the Republican nomination and not one of the worse nutbags, like Newt Gingrich or Rick Santorum. I still won't vote for him, but he's the least offensive of the Republican candidates who have a chance, anyway. I'm also very glad that Cain and Bachmann have dropped out, because they scared me more than just about anyone else.
