[Requiem]

So has anyone bought the re-release of Sonic CD? And more importantly, is the game actually significant any more or is it really best left as a relic of the past? I will try to post up a first hand review when I get a copy from Steam, but until then I would love to hear your thoughts! Getting an iPhone and Android port is also an interesting choice by Sega, so it would be good to know how the game plays.

The game actually plays surprisingly well on my iPhone, and at $2 on launch day I got it for a song. It's been my go-to bathroom game recently, and is probably the best re-release I've played on my phone. I normally hate touch-screen controls, especially when they involve a D-pad, but they did something right with this game because they just work for me (except on the bonus levels, where a little more precision is desired). If the PC version is at all similar in quality, you should really enjoy it.
