First: Guardian
Ability/item 1: Fighting skills. She is superb in hand-to-hand combat, and has unusual strength for a 14-year-old. However, she was not trained in the use of weapons, so while she can wield them, she isn't very good with them.
Ability/item 2: Chaos Energy. Like all guardians, Sarah has ambient chaos energy. She can use it to slow down time for short bursts, but if she uses it for more that a second, she will start to become fatigued. If she uses it for 10 seconds, she will overheat and faint. This ability has a cool down time of ten minutes.
Second: Courageous
Ability/item 1: Brave. She is willing to destroy anything she sees as evil, and thus isn't scared easily. However, this means that she isn't very cautious, so she often rushes into things.
Ability/item 2: Stubborn. She will almost never give up, even when she should.
Third: Experience
Ability/item 1: Planning. Even though she often doesn't plan things out, she does have a great ability of foresight, because she has fought many fights before.
Ability/item 2: Knowledgeable. While she may not have an above-average IQ, she does know a lot of things about chaos energy, tactics, and fighting styles.
Role Playing
Back-story: The daughter of Knuckles and Julie-Su, Sarah has been undergoing training to be the next guardian. She had, with help from her friends, defeated the evil robot Mecha. She once went to the past of a parallel universe, and fell in love with Amy Rose, although Amy doesn't want anyone else to know about that yet. She is sometimes sent to alternate universes as training.

Example Post: Sarah looked at all of the robots in her way. She knew she had to get to the other side of the city, but all of these hostiles were in the way. She wanted to fight all of them, but knew that there were too many. She then thought up of a plan, then executed it: She activated her Time Slow ability and ran through the mob as fast as she could, and deactivated it on the other side. The robots quickly opened fire, but she had already escaped.
