Already had my fill of food since Thanksgiving falls on the second Monday in October. So work, and then black Friday sales! Whoop! Hope I don't get run over in Wal-Mart.

But in all seriousness, Black Friday deals are fuckin' terrible for the most part. 20% off? Woopdee fuckin doo, that's like $5 on a standard purchase. Congrats, the store paid for your gas to drive to the store to give them money you wouldn't have normally given them. Fuck, if it ain't more than 33% off, then it ain't a sale. 20%. Pfft. I get 10% just for working at the store. (And before you ask no those deals do not stack and yes it is a terrible discount I know.)

Erm, I think you're thinking too small. $25? Are there no expensive items that receive as much as a 20% discount? Those are the items people are going to be focusing on most. Ignoring taxes, you'd save $20 on an item costing four times as much.

People are buying shit they normally wouldn't just because it's slightly cheaper. Usually it's low quality to begin with. It's fuckin stupid.
