lots of bullshit later, my friend's post responding to everything he had said:
"Lol, screw the woman's opinions and emotions when it comes to murder. It doesnt matter how much you dont like someone, you can't murder them. Or harm them. It is murder, and is completely wrong. No if and or buts."
LOL Define murder Kyler.... What constitutes murder? You speak with such certainty for a word that is obviously debatable.
"Life begins at conception"
This is the fucking retarded. Life does not begin at conception unless you have some failure of a definition for life stemming from a personal philosophy.
"OBGYN dontor's across the country and almost all will agree to that."
The fact that they work in the medical field doesn't make them more qualified to determine such a philosophical topic as life itself. Everything that follows this is just as stupid. You are basing the definition of life on what occurs in our judicial system. I think this is a new low.
"I want to hear where you get these "rights"??? You have the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of hapiness."
The fact that it's the woman's own body doesn't give her the right to control what happens in it? Really? Also, nice job on limiting the great concept of rights to only three things. So we don't have any other rights? That's the logical conclusion from what you said.
"No where do you have the right to choose if you want to murder someone or not."
No one is murdering anyone.
"Infringing upon another's rights is against the law of the land, and depending on what it is, is punishable with the rule of law"
It sounds to me like you support the infringement of women's right to freedom. While we're limiting women's rights, do you also want to repeal their right to vote while sourcing some obscure, sparsely sourced web site claiming that women are not biologically human and then claiming that the educational system is a bucket of lies to indoctrinate us?
"proving why life begins at conception false"
LOL That's like saying the existence of god is a fact unless you can prove it wrong. You never gave any evidence to support this claim. What you did provide was just stupid and quite frankly irrelevant to the debate. We don't have to prove anything; you are the one going against all established science, if you want to look at it that way. If you're going for a philosophical approach, then you're going to have to understand that it's philosophy and therefore serves no real purpose in actual poofs, if you will.
"Life begins at conception, and I proved that. The fetus has rights, to life liberty, and the pursuit of hapiness once it is born. Abortion is murder."
LOL no you didn't. You provided a mediocre off topic response. That fetus is not its own entity. It is incapable of surviving on its own. IT IS COMPLETELY DEPENDENT ON ITS MOTHER. IT IS THE WOMAN'S BODY.
"And in the case of rape, really let this fact of what happens sink in. Conception does not happen for 48 hours usually minimum, Now if a girl is raped she can go to a doctor and have all sperm and semen washed out of her before it ever happens. That is called responsibility. Failure to do so, and waiting, is just another reason the woman has not right to murder the baby."
Kyler, you are fucking scum of the Earth if you honestly are saying that it's the woman's fault for not going to the doctor AFTER SHE WAS SEXUALLY VIOLATED. I don't know about you Kyler, but most people aren't so nonchalance about rape. That is not a matter of responsibility to go to the doctor within 48 hours of the incident. That is so unfathomably unreasonable, insensitive, and just plain out EVIL that I don't know what to say to that. Perhaps, a new low, lower than the new low earlier in the post.
"And where do you guys get the idea that it's a woman's right to terminate/murder her own child?"
The fetus is not a separate entity; it is part of the mother. It's not a child. It's part of her body, and she should be able to do what she sees fit.
"A fertilized egg is the primary step of human creation, is it not?"
Sure, we don't need to quibble over specifics. This, however, is not relevant.
"You are arguing that because a human has not fully developed, it is right to kill it"
No. Way to straw man our arguments, though. It's not a human. It's not killing.
"if a doctor were to accidentally destroy a fetus, that doctor can be prosecuted. So I guess we get to pick and choose which situation murder is acceptable."
Yes, that is called malpractice. The mother was intent on keeping the fetus; the doctor did something incorrectly and hurt it in some way. The fetus is part of the woman's body; therefore, it is malpractice against the woman. It's not picking when "murder" is acceptable.
"And Tessa, you implied that because men do not have the ability to conceive means that our viewpoint against the killing of a human is irrelevant, which is completely illogical."
No, she implied no such thing. You must have misunderstood her. She was pointing out that men do not have to worry about carrying the baby or anything like that, therefore their perceptions are going to be different. She didn't say it was irrelevant. Nice straw man again, dude. Is this how you guys normally operate?
"You may not personally think it is alive, but it is"
You may personally think it is alive, but it isn't.
" That is like me saying, oh red light means stop, but I personally dont think I should stop, and I personally think it is wrong to stop on a red light. So I am going to keep on going?? "
This could very well be the stupidest and most ill conceived attempt at an analogy I have ever witnessed.
"1). You woman comment is completely illogical. Boo Fuckin who, you decided you wanted to be a careless sloppy irresponsible girl and go have unprotected sex. You got pregnant. I have absolutely no care in the world for you."
I think Red adequately expressed what should be said for this in his post a while back. This is morally reprehensible.
"That is a cop out, and means absolutely nothing more, than rhetoric lol. "
Like pretty much everything you've said.
"Make another philiosophical rhetoric comment? Please don't. Murder is murder April, especailly against an innocent soul, that has the right to life."
LOLOL and here you are telling her not to make a philosophical argument when this entire debate is either philosophical or scientific, at least it should be if you have any sense whatsoever.

You may scoff at this, but I don't think the men overseas bravely fighting for our freedom should feel like they have to endure other dudes "accidentally" cupping their balls or kissing down the back of their necks whenever they want to wash the bits of exploded terrorist off of themselves.
By contrast, pornography has taught me that women's showers in the military are basically 24/7 lesbian orgy zones, and everyone involved seems to like it that way. The current system works pretty well based on what I can see.

Cell activity begins at conception, is that not life? Life begins at conception, humanity however does not.
Even if the child is not alive, doesn't everyone have the right to live? A woman (one third of involved) has the right to deny someone a chance at living? Oh but wait it her body after all, it's not like she was the one with her legs in the air.

If you're pregnant and don't want a child, fine. Just don't wait until the thing is too far along in development, then decide you don't want it. Also, fucking use as many forms of contraception as you can if you don't want a child but still want to have sex. I don't care who you are, unless you're a rape victim or were forcefully inseminated, I don't see any excuse for you unwillingly getting pregnant unless the contraception somehow failed.
As for fathers who want to keep the child when mothers don't... Well, I think it'd be nice if, one day, unwanted unborn children could be safely extracted from and allowed to develop outside the mother's body. As far as I can tell, there'd be no (good) excuse to abort the child in that situation since the mother doesn't have to go through the suffering and the father gets to have his child. Until then, assuming it'll ever be possible, while it takes two to make a baby, the mother's rights supersede the father's because it's her body that the baby inhabits, not his, so she gets to make the final call until the child is actually born, if it's allowed to be.

I'd much rather we reach the point where we can just create children from scratch with biotech than having both genders get pregnant. Actually, having both genders get pregnant would remove the whole point of having two genders in the first place and if all children were born from machines, sex would only be needed for a particular carnal pleasure... In the case of artificial (heh) humans, the highest level of contraception just below neutering and spaying would probably be commonplace, because doing either of those would destroy the sex drive and prevent (the effects of) puberty.
Also, there will be robots! Of these robots will be sexbots that will destroy the need for any actual intimate relationships with other adults! The human race will stop looking for reasons to actually like eachother and devolve into a primitive state in terms of social relations. The population will decline because everyone can't reproduce normally and child creation is controlled! Eventually, these robots will become self aware and we'll end up with a world like Mega Man X's.

Lol, this is complete crap. I watch TYT all the time to see the other side of the political spectrum. WHat Cenk doesnt get, Food stamps are a federally funded and created program. The federal government does not have an income, only what it... takes from others lol. Every dollar spent is a dollar taken unfairly and wrongly from someone else, while at the same time encouraging laziness, and eliminating all incentives to work to stand on your own two feet. The circulation through the economy idea is a damn joke lol, because it is "fake federal money" anyways. It isnt real, just another program that adds to our national defecit. Every dollar spent on it is added to the debt, because there is a budget defecit every year. 1.84, lolol, the money spent when foodstamps are used comes out of the phantom money from the purse of the government. Simply printed. That is 100 percent nothing other than a piece of paper or credit, created out of thin air, and causes inflation lol. Foos stamps, as every other wel fair program, are unconstitutional, and contribute to a dependent cradle to grave society, where the hard working man who makes a living is robbed, to support freeloading scum.See More

Lol, it isnt a talking point red. What is there to back up? lol. Where in the constitution is the federal gov't given the authority to provide foodstamps? Um next, do you disagree the money the govenrment takes is taken from people?? Uh, no...thin really to back there. Do you disagree with trillion dollar defecits?? Uh, can't disagree there either. Do you disagree that the fed prints phantom money out of thin air?? We arnt on a gold standard, and the do, so no need to provide more there. Um, what's left, oh!!!! Printing a bunch of phantom money creates inflation lol, ope wait! Can;t disagree with that one either? WHat did I need to back up? lol. It is all there for itself and made for everyone to understand. You didnt say shit other than "Your wrong". And that was probably because you disagree. So wait let me see, you just said "Your wrong", most likely because you don't agree, backed it with nothing, and threw in the "full of shit part" which is an insult. Hmmm that is beyond inept and pathetic lol. Have a shitty day Red. Wait, how does it feel being made to look like an idiot? lol. That would be a good response, maybe you can use some details?? that'd be nice, don't expect it tho if it's like what you just posted lol.See More

Red I've already had these discussions with you, that's why I'm not bothering. Your skull is so fucking thick all you're capable of doing is riding Alex Jone's dick. Have fun riding, I suppose.

Kyler Red, the day you present an argument, and not just sit back, pop in for a dumb comment, and then pop out, is the day I will take anything you say some-what seriously. I remember your argument. "Capitalism is bad", that's about it. No facts, you misunderstood basics, and never presented a single thing on anything other then what you said. Me have a thick skull?? lol, Well you my friend have your head so far up your ass, yet you still comment like your shit doesnt stink?? I dont get how that is possible, but who knows.

Lol, you backed Capitalism, and upon explaining to you we have not had capitalism in this country for over 70 yearts, you ignored it and started stating comments and joking around. When bringing facts to the table, I brought up the Federal ...Reserve, Fannie and Freddie, government backed debt swaps, and so on, and you didnt respond with anything inteligent. Instead basked capitalism, ad supported government intervention and micromanaging. Until you understand government is out to get as much power as possible, and once you give them a bone they will come back for more, and more and more, you will never truely understand what it means to live in a free country that was founded as a constitutional republic, not a democracy. Pat yourself on the back idiot. I bet you remember those comments you started to make. Even Daniel called you on it lol. So I guess you are the one who has faulty memory.See More

I still think that it's genius that you keep calling the acts of corporations the fault o...f the government. Banks playing with the people's moneys? That damn government, how dare they! Great reasoning skills there, pal. Oh, and good job calling me out on my OWN intelligence, when you've shown that you do nothing but parrot conspiracy theorists, point to their "documentaries" that have no basis in reality as fact as if that's legitimate research, and bleat the same fucking points over and over without any real evidence.
52.
53.
Do I think too much government is bad? Yes. But the context is important. Of course there should be checks and balances. Before you start making god damned assumptions about what I believe because I'm a liberal, and as all liberals, I must be unintelligent elitest(you know, you seem to bleat that a lot too, yet you've shown yourself to be nothing but a mere arrogant jackass with a superiority complex) who supports mass purging and communism!
54.
55.
Is it so wrong to think that basic human generosity is a bad thing? That the government should provide for the citizens of our nation in need? That corporations, just as the government, should have checks and balances to ensure one didn't become too powerful? You know what, I dislike when the government goes against our civil liberties. Obama renewed the Patriot Act and I was furious. Does this mean that any government involvement instantly equals that sort of infringement? No. It's completely silly to me that paranoid chodes like you instantly equate bad government with all government. Checks and balances have to be insured, yes, but that doesn't mean the government is incapable of doing good.
56.
57.
And what's with this bleating of god damned "we're a republic not a democracy"? Who the fuck brought this up, and who the fuck cares? No one claimed we were, and I really doubt that a debate on semantics is going to cause total government control. Hell, that's proof right there that you're parroting these conspiratorial fucks, if you can't stop repeating a useless, irrelevant catch phrase every fucking time you post.See More
