Designed by Yuji Naka, this game looks like a spiritual successor to Kirby: Canvas Curse. You don't control Kiwi directly, instead drawing lines to determine its path. It doesn't appear that you can ever curve the line, however, the gameplay looks fast paced.
The graphical style is also really nice.
I'll admit, I learned about this game a while ago, but didn't actually look into it until just now.

Actually, it is. The path you draw on the screen determines the path Ivy takes. No to mention that the lines can be rotated before being set in place based on where you're pointing on screen. It also appears that you can pull the line you draw to sling Ivy forward.
I think Kvitne doesn't like are games where the control scheme and/or actions are complicated and are a major part of the gameplay. The thing is that this game's controls are so simple that complaining about them being motion based is really silly.
Also, Kvitne needs to pick up Metroid Prime Trilogy and Okami. The former makes heavy use of the motion controls introduced in Corruption which you'd have to suck as a person to hate and the latter may have a bit of a detection problem and be a port, but drawing things is still fun and a large part of the gameplay.
