First Super Metroid Remake Revival X Blood Pt.2 Ch.5 The Return Of Samus Returns -The Sequel-



Samus breaking into a hellish zombie apocalypse via monster truck? Chainsaw that replaces her arm cannon and is wielded like Zero's Z-Sabre? Shooting beams from her visor like X-Men's Cyclops? A super gauge? Awesome guitar BGM? This is what the next Metroid game should be, despite being nothing like the former titles. I will accept nothing less.

I'm having trouble telling whether or not you could tell that I was joking when I said I wanted an official Metroid game to be like that...

I think Sakamoto specifically said that the next game was going to be a sequel to Fusion, not Other M. Any game before that point will likely be picked up by a new developer (hopefully Retro again) and take place between Corruption and II.

Hey, so, AFTER, the creator of Minitroid told me it's real... He says it's a parody game that he and another dude stopped working on a while back, but hope to finish one day.

Needless to say, I think it should be awesome. It also makes this thread totally legit now.

The second demo for AM2R was released during the NCFC this year: Metroid Confrontation 2

Played it for about an hour. I'm sort of pissed that the charge beam was of the last damned items I found because of the paths I took. Also kinda bothered by the fact that I'm still missing seven of the items.
