So what are your top 5 favorite Sonic songs, everybody?

Mine are:
5: Icecap zone act 1
4: Green Hill Zone
3: Metropolis zone
2: Lava Powerhouse
1: Chemical plant Zone

OK - I have only played Sonic 1 and 2 (shock horror!) so I need to branch out a bit but out of those two games it would start (in reverse order)

5. Hill Top Zone - this is quite funky in a way although a bit cheesy and reminds me of stevie wonder for some reason!
4. Casino Night Zone - another cheesy number but once again, makes you feel really warm and fuzzy inside, great walking bass.
3. Emerald Hill zone - very similar to Green Hill in my eyes and it was a close call between these two.
2. Green Hill zone - you could argue that you've heard it to death because its the first level but to me, its always a warm welcoming, bright and happy intro into the world of Sonic
1. Starlight zone - I love it, cheesy as hell but it just gives you that warm feeling from those opening notes...
