It's finally out. So who's played it and what do you think? Should I sink my hard earned dollars on this bad boy?

Games are for children. I hate games.
What is it that makes a complete stranger dive into an icy river to save a solid gold baby? Maybe we'll never know.

Anyway, I can't say that I'm all that excited about this. Could've read all about this earlier, what with the constant articles I saw in Google Reader about it, but not having played the first one fucked with my ability to be interested in this game. I'll need to play first game soon or at least play the demos for both the first and second game on Steam. It's strange; I think my older bro may have had this game back when we were kids, except I may have skipped out on playing it to play this cool looking fighting game. I gotta go find out what that game was called...!

I don't see what the big deal is. I mean, I get the part about Starcraft being a nostalgia attack for people in their late 30's, but honestly, it's just another generic RTS, and RTS's aren't even that fun to begin with.

No. Diablo III is all I want.

I would imagine that Korea would be pretty excited about it. Starcraft is like a house staple item over there.

I'm much the same. I've already got it on pre-order despite having no idea when it will be released.

I've got the game, I'm enjoying it. It's really well polished and runs better on my Mac than I thought it would. If anyone ends up getting it let me know so I can add you on Battle.net.

I watched a bunch of vids on youtube, and the game looks really good. I saw the Mothership for the Protoss, and I'm curious what ultimate unit the Zerg and Terran have in contrast.
