And so, a great chapter in the internet finally ends as Sonic Online goes silent. I can not say I am not saddened by this, for this was once my home. But, all things must pass, even places.
Now, I don't know quite what to say really, and I'm kinda making this up as I go along, but... I had a lot of good memories with this place and made quite a few good friends. This was a site that was loaded with the best sort of people, like Scmeckie, Sway, Muzzy, MoA, Scourge... And so many others. We didn't always have the most meaningful of things to say but we said them together and that's what's important. This place flourished long before I came to it, and I'm sad I had so little time to spend, but it was good while it lasted. Part of me hopes that this place may live again some day, but for now it may sleep. I know, I know, it hurts, but sometimes we just have to let things go.
To those of you who happen upon this board in the future -- Join, stay. You may be one of those few who would breathe life into this place again, and you may bring our old friends back. Maybe not. All I know is that if this place can be my home for as long as it did it can be yours as well. Well... I guess thatt's all I really have to say.

Well, I don't plan on leaving anytime soon and I know I'll bee seeing you on PA and occasionally AIM, so I'm not gonna say goodbye.
Still think most of us suck for not doing jack shit to keep the place alive even though a good number of us veteran members along with some fresh blood still visit the forums regularly.
