The Wii/PS2 version was left in perpetual night, and several bosses/mini-bosses were missing. There was 1 day stage for every 3-5 night stages. This is inexcusable. The dragon road stage was the one I wanted to play the most since before its release. This stage does not exist in the Wii/PS2 version. On top of that, both versions had a different final boss fight. The Wii/PS2 version was pathetic.
Why does everyone hate the 3D games? Does Sonic Tem still care for Sonic?

Okay, I apologize for my unnecessary snarkiness earlier. I've just had to deal with so many Mario fanboys that whenever someone brings up the name it's practically habitual for me to have to refute it in some way. In this case I was just blind to the context in which it was being used. It's nice to know that this community isn't as insanely jaded as some others I've been to, though.
I know some of the Werehog minibosses have been re-arranged, but I'm pretty sure all of the main bosses are still there. The only ones that received major changes to my knowledge were Dark Guardian and the final boss. Dragon Road is also still there, just designed very differently. The Day Stage takes place mostly on ground/water level, while the "Great Wall" part makes up one of the Night Stages.

Quite a few day stages are missing. The one where you run down through the dragon's mouth is not there.
I own/beat the Wii version, and have seen the 360 version from start to finish. I know exactly how much is missing.
Edit: Just to get this out there, most of the mini-bosses are missing. That one you're supposed to fight before you run into Tails? The one you see in the cutscene? You don't fight him.

They should make a second sonic heroes game! This time with a better storyline, more teams, different levels for each team and add solo character parts eg. Sonic goes off by himself in a running section, tails goes by himself in the tornado etc. Maybe make more sonic games where you can be more characters other than just sonic. That's what made heroes, advanced (1,2 and 3) and adventure so great for me. (ps. I have never played adventure 2)
