Back Story: Revon Migouru is a professional surfer born on the Westside Delta. He has full control over water and can swim as fast as Sonic could run. He has completely mastered the Art of the Blade, which allows him to execute dangerously fast and smooth combos of sword-based attacks. He is 16, and not much is known about him. He was born as a regular hedgehog, but dying excessively fast. GUN took him in for research, when the doctors became irrational with their tests. They used parts of Edge Strife the Shark, a long-term yet deceased friend, along with a chaos emerald's power to seal and bring him to a final and stable life. He awakes from a coma in shock to see what G.U.N. has done. Angrily he refuses to cooperate when a BOTNIK military commander took sight of the situation violently. Devastated, Revon seeks revenge for his family's murder while at the same time redemption for his mistakes.

Cool Combat Fact: Revon incorporates his break-dancing skills into his unarmed combat. He uses a fighting style known as Capoeira, which consists of flips, spins, slides, handstands, and other impressive utilizations of dance mixed with fighting.
