Second: Punch
Ability/item 1: Close Combat: Kris runs towards enemy and deals big damage to enemy. Kris can use it max 2 times.
Ability/item 2: Uppercut: Kris punches enemy in the air. Good alternative for Sommersault. Kris can use it max 5 times.
Third: Guns
Ability/item 1: DevilHand Uzi: just black colored uzi with red text "DevilHand Uzi" on it. Kris got 5 magazines (i think it's good spelled) for this uzi.
Ability/item 2: GodHand Uzi: white colored uzi with blue text "GodHand Uzi" on it. Kris got 5 magazines for this uzi.

Role Playing
Back-story:
Kris' mom died after birth and his father takes care of him. He's easy-going, but sometimes serious. He likes cereal, specially honey rings and hamburgers. He's excelent vision and reflex alows him to quickly shoot any target. He's pretty quick with his feets but he's very lazy.

Let's see here, Chaos Control and Chaos Spear are no-no's. Sorry, can't do them, really bad and lazy ass character design. They're generally pretty overpowered too, no matter how you balance them. Also, he can't have been made by Eggman, once again, really bad and lazy character design, and imprinting your will on canon is a one stop shop to a Mary Sue.

As for the Chaos Soul move, you can't have it both summon a weapon, and heal. One or the other, or split it into two slots, your choice.

Nothing really has any costs, or good explanations either. Exactly what kind of weapons are we talking about? Handguns? Heavy fire power? Does it have some kind of cost? Like how many times he can do it, or how many times he can reload the weapon before getting exhausted and needing rest.

What about the Tornado? What the hell is that supposed to do? Is it useful for preventing enemy escape and throwing them off guard? How fast does it move? Is it a difficult move for him to perform?

What about Machine Gun? The description you gave doesn't make much sense. Do you mean he's doing something like this just without the stretchy arms? Or do you mean something more like this(at 3:20). Be descriptive about it, how does it work, how powerful is it? Does it take up more than one post action due to how diffivult it is to perform? Ask yourself that last question for all your attacks.

Also, your backstory and example post are far too short. The example post shouldn't just be one little quote, you should show us their personality, how seriously they fight maybe, or how you plan to RP with them. Give us a little insight to their natural environment, and how they interact with it. Have fun with the thing.

Oh, and if you really want to keep something similar to Chaos Control (a warp of some sort) you're going to be hard pressed to balance it since warping is generally pretty broken. You can go look at the Zero Dash of my character Phoenix here to see how to make a warp that is balanced, but still effective (btw, I know I'm really wordy with it when I probably don't need to be, but you don't have to do it like me, just get the basic idea from it).

No biggie there, I'm sure everybody here will be fairly tolerant and help you out with your English since it's not your native language.

It's probably pretty difficult to RP in a language you're still learning though. Isn't it?

It is, but i'm believing in myself (Tails' theme XDD) and with RP i can learn more and more ^__^
