Ok guys, I'm Starting this topic to be the forum based equivalent to showing your scars and telling your war stories.

Any Interesting/weird Experiences ?

One Time I had to drive my roommate to the hospital because he was experiencing chest pains. It happened while at work, so management let me drive him to the hospital. Now I was still on the clock at the time, so I got paid to sit in a waiting room. It was kinda cool, I just hung out and drew stuff and watched tv. The Roomate was OK tho. SO I got paid for nothing ha ha.

Also, I recently (last Thursday) got my Wisdom teeth pulled. I'm on anti-biotics and Some kinda pain medication that has a warning that says: "may cause breathing problems". I haven't really been taking the pain meds tho.. cuz well, I'm not in pain. Stitches are pretty annoying tho.. I can feel 'em and I'm not supposed to tongue them up.. but they are very apparent...

I once had a weird, old dentist, and he commented on how my tongue pushes forward when I swallow rather than go back. He asked if I sucked my thumb. I was 13. -_-

I had my wisdom teeth pulled about a year ago. I never really took the pain meds either. It never really hurt and it never swelled up all that much either. I guess we're just lucky Rugdog.

Well I'm diabetic so I've been hospitalized quite a few times compared to most people.

One time was pretty weird. I was having Low blood sugar levels which caused an epileptic seizure. I went totally ape shit and fought with anyone I couldn't recognize. Eventually they had to get these two massive ambulance drivers to strap me into the hospital bed. When I finally settled, out like a light I went, for about a day. I stayed in the hospital's care for another three days; and was at home for the next week doped up on aspirin for migraines.

I didn't know diabetes could do that to a person... Which type do you have?

I knew this girl who was still sucking her thumb in the 7th and 8th grade. I've known about her since the third grade, but we didn't go to the same middle school at first. When I finally did meet back up with her, I was surprised...

Anyway, I got three of my wisdom teeth removed via pulling this year. Two the first time and one I think a (few) month(s) later. The one that bothers me most (at least I think it did) is the one that they couldn't remove without having to do it surgically, though. I was feeling too much pain when they tried to do it and it wasn't budging at all. I still have it and it's a pain when food gets caught in it. Rarely, it feels like it's on fire and the pain drives me crazy. I've taken pain medication when I got my others removed and some to prevent any infections. I had to hold this tissue in my mouth to put pressure on the area the teeth used to be. I couldn't eat solid foods, so I ate chili dogs those days. I also didn't have to bother going to school.

Oh, and I drooled. A lot. Half of my mouth and the area just outside of it remained numb for a long time and I kind of felt like Two Face. I was thankful that I was able to take my meds before the pain wore off because I was told that I'd be hurting a lot.

Well, it started when I got hit by a car one night a few years ago. See I went to the hospital, but because I was knocked the fuck out I didn't get to tell them which hospital I wanted to go to. Well, they chose for me and took me to a county hospital. Well... I got put in a room for a nurse to come and look over me and check for brusies and stuff like that. Well, it just happened that there was a prisoner next to me, which a million guards and everything.
Well, he shit all over himself. All over the floor, threw some at the guard, everything. It was a huge scene. Horrific and all. It smelled so bad. I was just like, alright then.
Found out he did it on purpose. What an idiot.

Wow, you just have terrible luck, don't you?
Sometimes I wonder if I'm missing some all important truth in the world. At that point I usually grab some chips and watch the people who have apparently found it tear each other apart in the super market over the now last bag of chips...

Isn't this the third time we've heard of something terrible happening to you?

I'm sorry to hear about what happened to you, though.

Haha, I'm accident prone, and I definitely just read that post and I am embarrassed about my spelling and wording and such. I was a bit buzzed when I posted that, so MY BAD. :)
But, yeah, from what I remember... That night was just crazy. Lol. But I was a youngin and I was dumb when I used to go running! This is all prior Marine Corps. Haha.

Long Ago when I was like 10... We went to mcdonalds. While there I went to the McDonald's Playground. It was in my opinion, Far superior to the
"Playplace"... But anyway there used to be this big Grimace Structure that was made of a platform and bars with Grimace's Head on top. I think it was supposed to be like " oh what? I got Eaten by Grimace!?" or something. Anyway it was huge and you could shake it a little bit.

I was inside it, just kinda checkin it out..So My Dad thought it'd be funny to really give it a shake. Unfortunately, My face was kinda close to one of the bars. So my chin banged up on it like 3 or 4 times. Once he saw it happen, I was taken to the interior of the mcdonlads. Blood everywhere. I remember a very hot employee dabbing my chin with napkins.

So I went to the hospital and got a nice 23 Stitches...
