Also, I've heard a couple songs from a group called Barton Fink that sound kinda cool. I love that movie of the same name so I guess it makes sense. I'll be checking them out more thoroughly eventually.
Finally, I know you said you liked The Raveonettes, Kvitne. Well, I've been thinking, I figure you probably like their later stuff, but if you like their first album and some of their Lust Lust Lust album, you might like The Kills. I really like them, but I know we don't quite overlap on all taste. It might be worth checking out the stuff I posted from them in my first post in this topic.

I've found some new music of my own, although I'm not sure how much you'll be into it. I discovered a musician named Greg Laswell through a song at the end of an episode of the show Dollhouse. I like his album Three Flights from Alto Nido, but my favorite song from him is named Sweet Dream:

I've also found another group called Guillemots. A lot of their stuff is hit-and-miss with me, but I like their track entitled "Made Up Love Song #43" from the album Through The Windowpane:

Another group that I just discovered this past month from an episode of House is called Jets Overhead. Their song "Where Did You Go?" was featured at the end of the show. It's from the album Bridges, which is really great overall:

Another single that I discovered is from the group LIARS, a group who are "delightfully freakish rock boundary-pushers". I don't know of a place where it's streaming, but you can download it for free here: http://www.thesisterworld.com/
Also, I'm not sure if I've pointed these groups out to you yet Sway, but everyone should check out Tegan & Sara, Chris Pureka, and Mates of State. Here are a few of my favorite songs by each:
Where Does The Good Go? - Tegan & Sara

Unwelcome - Chris Pureka

Fraud In The 80's - Mates of State

That's all I got for now, I'll be sure to post more as I find it.

Huh. I've never heard of them before. Good job Googling "obscure techno music" though. You're really an integral part of this conversation now!
Kvitne, I kind of get the feeling that you'd enjoy some good deep house and breakbeat tracks. Check out some stuff by Time Lock, Michael Cassette, 16 Bit Lolitas, and Deepsky. Also be on the lookout for anything with Carl Cox's name attached to it. If you want something a bit more melodic, VNV Nation is a sure-fire bet and a great "gateway" sound into electronica. Alternatively, if you're in the mood for something less dance-y and more ambient and downtempo, I highly recommend Royksopp, Starecase, and Sasha (specifically his earlier work). 16 Bit Lolitas have some pretty chill stuff out as well.

Onto David Bowie(yes, again. Like I said, I loves me some Bowie), I just listened to Low in its entirety, and WOW, I've been missing out. This is the second album of his "Berlin" trio, and now it's one of my favorite album. It's full of synth-y, up beat tunes; at least in the first half. The second half is (mostly) instrumental tracks, heavily atmospheric songs that you'd expect to hear in a score for a movie.
e: also Earthling is another amazing album, I guess it could be considered "electronic" music

Obscure? Far from it. Sam Sparro is this crappy white boy Soul singing with Rap/Electronic beats. Datarock is very mediocre Eletro-Rock.
Nice list you got there MoA. Got ay specific recommendations for Deadmau5, Matt Darey, and Thrillseekers? Lately nI've been listening to Nobody Beats the Drum and Mr. Oizo.

I recently bought Deadmau5's album "For Lack of a Better Name", and I'd heartily recommend it. I picked it up primarily for Ghosts N' Stuff (the best track on the album in my opinion), but I was pleasantly surprised to find a number of great, hard-hitting tracks on there. There's a bit of repetitive filler around the middle, but it starts strong and ends strong. I've also heard good things about his first "At Play" album, although I've only listened to two tracks from the second one, so I can't really comment on the overall quality of either compilation.
It's pretty tough to go wrong with Matt Darey, honestly. His album "Upfront Trance" is in my personal top ten, and he's also mixed some incredible collections for the Euphoria label, although getting a hold of any of those now is difficult. For single tracks, pretty much anything released under the "Matt Darey presents Urban Astronauts" credit is gold. This Way, No Submission, and See The Sun in particular are all awesome.
As for Thrillseekers, I personally really like his "Nightmusic" album series. The Synaesthesia single is top notch as well. I really need to listen to more of his stuff...
Mr. Oizo's music has a very interesting sound. It's straight-up traditional house in so many ways, but he always put a really unique twist on it. Some of his stuff is a little too experimental for my tastes, but I really like Skatesteak and Patrick 122. I've never heard anything by NBTD.

I agree that some spots in Mr. Oizo's stuff gets a bit too experimental, but I can still enjoy a good bit of his stuff.
Gwar's costumes, Justice, Holland, and breakbeats, mix thoroughly and you'll get something close to Nobody Beats the Drum. The self titled song has gained them a good bit of internet fame. Quit Your Job and Purple Cactus are two songs that I've also quite enjoyed.

Also Barton Fink turned out to be pretty cool. http://www.myspace.com/bartonfinkband - Paranormal Mechanism is my favorite song on the (free) album.
