Well I've heard a lot of you guys mention that you've hacked your psp's, and I was actually wondering how you do it. I've only just heard about a program called OpenBOR which you can chuck on your psp and play games made in game engines and such. I was hoping someone here has heard about it and could possibly give me some information about it.

I didn't actually hack my PSP, I got my friend to hack my PSP for me. It was just easier since he already had a Pandora Battery and Magic Memory stick, so he just went ahead and did it all for me, and without either of us having to spend a dime or take anything apart.

The only PSP hacking I've heard of involves using a "Pandora" battery and changing the firmware. Other than that I don't know too much. I do know that there's no widespread hacking of the PSP Go yet.
There is actually many varieties of hacking. Pandora is a popular choice. There were things you could do with the GTA UMD that allowed you to exploit a glitch to reset the firm and change it.
There are also programs that just naturally hack into the firmware really easily. The PHAT PSPs are extremely easy to hack, which is why Sony produced the Gen 2.0 model. 2.0 still had a lot of easy hackability, and then 3.0 came out and that is rarely hacked. 3.0 is the hardest to hack and after a majority of the enthusiasts have PHAT and 2.0 psps there isn't the software support for the 3.0 PSP.
