So anybody picking up Tekken 6? What are your thoughts on Tekken in general?

I'll probably get this for PSP, I can't stand the 360's Dpad. I like Tekken but not really into those impossible eight plus hit combos. I feel they trap you in so it becomes more of a who can hit first battle at points.

I'm a huge Tekken fan(yay, a fighter game I know something remotely about), and pretty much grew up on Tekken 3, which remains as my favorite fighter game of all time. Also, what the hell, wasn't Tekken 6 supposed to be a launch title? That was like, three years ago. WHERE THE HELL IS MY TEKKEN 6?

Yea I plan to pick this up for sure, on PSP. Tekken DR is actually the only thing I play now.

They fucked it up really bad with glitches galore, balance issues out the ass, and two characters who could juggle infinitely in the Japanese version. So they're basically rebuilding the engine from scratch for the American release.

Haha, wow, that is bad. Odd, since they've had some great trailers for the game so far.

I was a huge fan of Tekken 5, although Soul Calibur 4 and the initially glitch-ridden arcade version of Tekken 6 have made me weary of any new fighters made by Namco. I'll probably get T6 at some point since it looks like an incredibly robust game with a shitload of content to play with, although I won't be one of those people lined up to get the game on day one or anything.

Yep, another epic game, guys. Tekken 5 has pissed me off plenty, so I'm definitely getting 6. That's how games work, right? They frustrate you so you want to buy more, and then you break your fingers playing them over and over again. Good times.
