Episode 4. master emerald disaster

Sonic as he was running to find tails saw a bunch of light shoot across the sky “uh oh are those master emerald pieces” he said as he watched the pieces fly in many different directions. “Man what a night at least things are getting interesting but I better check this out and make sure that robot isn’t involved” said sonic as he ran toward Angel Island. Knuckles could be in trouble if he meets that robot” as ran leaving a blue steak behind him.

Rouge was sitting outside that night and saw some lights streak across the sky and said “are those oh no what did that knucklehead do to it” and she took flight. As she was flying through the sky she looked down and saw someone below her with someone else laying next to him looking lifeless “Is that shadow down there who is with him?” she said as stopped and looked down “the emerald can wait I better check this out” she said as started fly down in circular pattern though the to see what was happening. Shadow noticed rouges shadow on the ground then turned and looked up at her before she landed. “Shadow who is that” said rouge as she landed “I don’t know” said shadow rouge walked up to the lifeless looking body and put her hand if front of his see if was breathing. She felt his breath and let out a sigh of relief “what did you do to him. He doesn’t look any older then the fox boy.” Said rouge as she looked at his face “humph” said shadow as he turned his head. “What happen here shadow” rouge asked. “The kid tried to kill me” said shadow coldly. Rouge looked at shadow in disbelief and said “how could he only a little boy.” “He...” shadow started to say when the boy spoke “lu, lucky shot creature” the boy put one hand on ground and began to lift himself up “he’s up” said rouge surprised as she watched him get on his feet and stand up. “I underestimated you” the boy said as he opened his eyes and looked at shadow. Rouge said “who is he” when he heard her voice his expression softened and looked at her “who are you miss” asked the boy politely “the names rouge kid” said rouge. Shadow who was wondering why I child had such strength pointed at the boy and said “what is you purpose here child” the boy gave shadow an untrusting glare and said “I am looking for someone” “who?” asked rouge the boy looked down at the ground and said“ the princess on my planet I must um..” the boy eyes widened and he said “ go bye” the boy turned to run when rouge said “hey kid are you all alone” “yes and choose to work alone” said the as ran off. “He pretty fast” said rouge “humph” said shadow. “Shadow” said rouge “he’s only a little boy we can’ let go off alone” shadow look at her then said “why should we worry he said he works alone and so do I” shadow began to walk away when rouge said “after you beat the poor kid up he may still be hurt” shadow stopped walking. Rouge continued “ and it sound like he’s on some dangerous mission to find a princess at such young age he could get himself killed” shadow clenched he fists as rouge want on “you can at least just follow him make sure he okay.” Shadow looked over his shoulder at rouge still clenching his fists as she went on “I mean we got robots and people like Eggman around plus who knows what can be after the princess he mentioned. The kid sounds like he’s on a suicide mission and also like he not from this planet so he has no idea what can happen to him or his princess” Shadow looked down at ground and remembered Maria as she said “ good bye Shadow.”

Then he ran pass rouge in the direction the boy went. “Good” said rouge as spread her wings “I would have gone with you shadow but” she said as began to fly “I got bigger gems to worry about” than flew off toward the master emerald. As she flew she looked down and saw knuckles staring at his shattered gem “Oh no way” said rouge. “I can’t believe that knucklehead let this happen!” she shouted as began fly down toward the master emerald and knuckles. Knuckles shook his head with disappointment and said “I can’t that the master emerald is smashed this is…” before he finished what he was saying rouge shrieked “ah impossible!” knuckles looked and saw rouge hovering just above him flapping her wings. “Oh great she’s here” said knuckles sarcastically. “What happened to it?” Said rouge irritated as she landed then ran over to where the master emerald normally would be. “Why should you care rouge” said knuckles annoyed. Rouge walked up to knuckles a pointing her figure at him then rouge said “I thought you were supposed to be protecting it” putting extra emphasis on the word you. Knuckles getting more annoyed by the minute said “I was” loudly. “Well then now could you let this happen to it” Rouge said loudly back. “Why should I have told you!” knuckles shouted back at rouge. “What kind of guardian lets his thing he protecting get smashed” rouge rudely. “What it not my fault is got smashed !” said knuckles getting more irritated “well if you were supposed to be watching it I think it is your fault” rouge snapped back at knuckles. Knuckles growled with irritation then shouted “why the heck should you worry about it it’s not yours rouge!” “Well” said rouge turning her head “since you broke it I’m going to find the pieces and make it mine” snapped rouge. “What did you just say batgirl” “I said I’m taking them because your lousy guardian humph.” Then she turned in flew off “hey you get back here why that, that grr” knuckles clenching his with irritation.

At that moment sonic ran behind him and said “Yo knuckles” knuckles yelled “man that bat gets on my nerves!”. “Knuckles yo.” Said sonic then knuckles turned and saw sonic standing there. “Huh when you get here sonic” said knuckle looking at sonic surprised. “Right before you started yelling about that bat who gets on your nerves. “Right” said knuckles. Sonic looked at where the master emerald used to be “how’d it get broken this time knuckles” sonic. “It got by smashed by a uh never mind I got to find all the pieces before rouge tries to steal them. “Huh” Said sonic as knuckles began to run off see ya later sonic said knuckles as he took off. “Hey knuckles you didn’t tell me how it got broken” sonic. “Uh I don’t got time to bye” said knuckles as he jumped out for sight. “That was weird it was like he didn’t want to tell me” said sonic “oh well” said sonic “I got find that robot and make sure she not after tails.” Then he took off toward tails’ house. It already almost morning said sonic looking up at the sky as he ran.
