Gaming related news and stories

I've had this topic on my mind for a while now. With the forums being dead all the time, I thought this'd be a good time to attempt to get this topic started even though previous attempts at generating activity have failed.
I know that, for some of us, we may run across gaming related articles or topics, news or no, that we'd really like to talk about, even if just for a little bit, but don't feel as if it deserves its own topic, hence this topic's existence. In the best case scenario, this topic becomes a place where we can share interesting news with eachother, with some conversations even growing enough to become their own topics. On the other hand, the topic could end up being completely neglected or, even worse, turns into one of those topics where everybody just starts acting like a fucking dumbass that we're so used to seeing, resulting in the topic's eventual closure.
I have hope, so I'll start things off by adding two stories I found to be sorta interesting:
Nolan Bushnell's First Commercially Sold Video Game Ever Is for Sale
Adult Films Push For Presence on Gaming Consoles
That second one doesn't surprise me that much and one of the commenters do bring up a good point: If something like this were to be allowed, videogames, as a whole, would be attacked, yet again, when children gain access to the porn. Another poster counters that the people complaining would not have a legit claim since it would be the parents' fault for not being responsible enough to keep their horny children away from that kind of stuff. The person who brought up the first point brought another good point that talked about the mindset of the majority of those who are opposed to or don't bother playing videogames.
To be honest, I think trying to sell porn on game consoles is fucking stupid not only because of what that poster said. I don't see why anyone would want porn saved to their fucking game console of all things.

Ugh, damn you Green! You damned deliverer of false hope!
Comic Jumper looks pretty sweet. I still need to get 'Splosion Man, so that'll probably come before this... You know, I just remembered that I can connect my 360 to the Marketplace now, so I can download the demos for these games, if they're available... Oh, shit, I forgot to finish downloading that WET demo I promised Rugdog I'd check out in the topic he started for it...
I'm gonna try to update the topic at least once a day with something, so here's something else I found interesting:
Twilight Princess Zant Statue Kicks Off "Master Arts" Line
Zant
Zant Exclusive
Personally, I find this to be pretty damned cool. As always, First 4 Figures does an amazing job. Due to the gigantic price tag, I'd consider getting this if I were a bigger Zelda fan than I were a Metroid fan.
I'm curious about this “Master Arts” line that this is supposedly starting... I wonder just what else they plan on, or already are, making that size... I really hope that Samus in her Dark Suit is one of them. The Dark Suit is, hands down, her coolest looking suit and it'd be a shame if they didn't make at least a smaller figurine (no smaller than the Phazon Suit one) of it and gave it some of the same effects that the Phazon Suit one had.
Minority Report: The Non-White Gamer's Experience
This report confirms the fact that I'm one of the whitest black gamers ever. Honestly, I've noticed the lack of minorities in video games, with the main characters usually being white (or in a JRPG's case, Japanese), but I've never really had a problem with that. Some of the people in the article were commenting on how they didn't really feel as if their Xbox LIVE avatar looked or acted like (insert whatever minority they are); it looked as if it was just a white guy colored a different way.
Maybe I'm just really dense, but none of this has really bothered me. I'm not one to give a damn about racial pride. Sure, I think it's kinda cool when I see a character of a particular minority that doesn't reinforce stereotypes, but that's never been something I've been aching to see. Like one of the people they interviewed, I tend to form my opinions on a character based on how they are as a person, not what they look like unless they look totally fucking retarded.
There's a bunch of other stuff I'm not addressing, but I can't remember what the things I'd wanna actually talk about are and I don't feel like going back to nitpick because the article is longer than usual.

I'm really late, today. I didn't even bother going to look for anything interesting until no more than 15 minutes ago.
So, here's two stories:
Rumor: Microsoft exclusivity deals funding PS3 development in Japan
Euro Wii 'Ambassadors' to receive keys to the Virtual Console

Been playing some games and I need to finish playing the last two of the three. This is why I haven't actually bothered adding to the topic.
LittleBigPlanet PSP Preview: PSP Platforming At Its Cutest
Although I still haven't played the original LBP and still lack a PSP, the original's still very high on my "Things to play whenever I get a PS3" list and I still plan on buying a PSP, so this news caught my interest.
And Here's A Wii Football Accessory
BioShock 2 Hits in February
Lostwinds Might Come To 360, PS3
