Ability/item 1:Repair:Roc is slightly skilled at repairing: Internal combustion engines (cars), simple guns (pistols), and toasters.
Ability/item 2:Dismantle: If he can get to the engine, he can screw it over.
Second:Bird
Ability/item 1: Hollow Bones: He's exceptionally light thanks to his hollow bones
Ability/item 2: Glide: Since bird-mobians are apparently unable to fly, Roc glides. His speed gliding is about 20MPH with no wind, compared to his 13MPH running speed
Third:Kinesis (NOT telekinesis!)
Ability/item 1:Kinetic Smash: Roc punches/kicks, and charges the strike with kinetic energy, as much as tripling the force of the strike. (A normal punch/kick costs 1 action, a doubled punch/kick using this ability costs 2 actions, and a tripled punch/kick costs 3 actions)
Ability/item 2:Kinetic Sphere: Roc forms a bubble of kinetic energy around himself then releases it, causing everything near him to be pushed away. This can also be used to blow something up from the inside without harm to anyone inside the bubble. (Costs 3 actions. always.)

Role Playing
Back-story: Born in Station Square, Steve, or as he called himself, Roc, had never exactly been normal. In grade school he was the nerd, always being laughed at for loving his science class. Of course, no one called him a nerd after he kicked a soccer ball into a locker and smashed a guys art project. A CLOSED locker. That was when he found out about the whole kinesis thing. Unfortunately, he got expelled for complete and utter ownage of school property. Now, Roc's parents were usually busy, and were very lenient. So lenient, in fact, that Roc was allowed to do virtually ANYTHING on vacations. Anything except burning down buildings or killing people.
Due to his expelledness, Roc had plenty of time to tinker. His parents now get 47 MPG, the oven works awesome, and the toaster is considered a lethal weapon. In addition, there was plenty of training time for the kinesis. And plenty of time to play video games. Roc likes video games. A lot. Although he was expelled, Roc is no dimwit. Why? Because of a wonderful thing called the internet.

Example Post: Roc was trapped. Inside a giant robot no less. Normally, he would've blown an engine, popped a couple fuses, and walked out. Sadly, however, there were no exposed circuits or pipes or engines. There was only one other choice. He had to blow the bot sky kigh.
Roc closed his eyes and concentrated on his location, and soon the air around him was still. He began to lessen his concentration, thinking only of "away". As he opened his eyes, he heard metal smashing, sparks flying, and artificial minds being blown. Unfortunately he only got to hear these for several seconds, because the large robot from which they came was somewhere between rubble and dust now.

I'm liking this guy! Cool concept and he knows how to fix a toaster, freaking awesome. His backstory and the example post are a tad short though, they're otherwise great, they just need to be expanded a bit.

Well I'm liking it, so I'm going to approve it. Unfortunately the RP section's a bit dead right now, but as soon as Pyro gets back we've got like three other people on these boards who'll start again too. That'll give us a good six to kick it off with.
