I'll say Sonic. Because he has protagonist powers!

I would say Shadow since he has a lot of hax powers but I would have to give it nazo, not the webcomic but the mysterious character that was appear in sonic X. Didn't Amazo sort of die in the comics? I am not sure since I hadn't read them.

Shadow, with unfathomable ease.
He's immortal for starters. He is the joint fastest character in existence. (With Sonic) He is incredibly strong. (Able to flip massive coaches and trucks with relative ease, using one hand.) He has an incredible knowledge of chaos and is highly intelligent. He can warp at will, create blasts of raw energy which can level entire city blocks, and with a flick of the wrist, propel hyper explosive chaos spears.

Not only that, when he gets super pissed or is in an incredibly tough situation, he can remove the rings from around his gauntlest for even more power. And when I say even more power, I mean he can kill hundreds of Mephiles' by simply running at them.

He's called the ultimate lifeform for a reason.

Shadow! Definantly. He kills Eggman with just one kick in Shadow the Hedgehog (game). Although Silver, Knuckles, Metal Sonic and Omega are strong aswell.
