First: Music
Portable Sound System: Miyuze carries what looks like a black backpack with her all the time. With only a brief opportunity to set it up though, it turns into a set of turntables, speakers and a synthesizer that she can use to produce music. It takes three actions to set up her equipment, but it doesn't have to be all in one post. She must take at least one action each turn to keep the music playing.
Voice Modification Device: A small microphone is hidden in the collar of Miyuze's coat. She can use it to modify her voice.

Second: Creation
Hard Energy: Miyuze can create walls or platforms or pure energy that somehow act like matter. Each structure can only be created if their is music playing, requires two actions to be created and counts as having three HP. Once the music stops, the structures vanish.
Phantom Dancers: Miyuze can create beings made of pure energy at the cost of one action each as long as there is music playing. They tend to look like anthropomorphic cats that are made of different colors of light. Each one only has one HP and can only take two Actions each turn, but Miyuze can make as many as she wants as long as the stated conditions are met. If the music stops they disappear.

Third: Charm
Sweet Talker: Miyuze isn't ashamed to use flattery or flirtatious chatter to get what she wants. She's become particularly good at it because of this.
Pretty Features: Miyuze is better looking than most other girls.

Role Playing
Back-story:
Miyuze was born into a family of engineers, lawyers, doctors and other people whose occupations are financially stable, respectable and, as Miyuze says herself, "Completely BO-RING." Her only escape from a dull and monotonous existence has always been music. This led her to pursue a career as a DJ and when she isn't out partying she usually makes her own songs and mixes.
One night at a particularly wild party her equipment malfunctioned and she was electrocuted. Amazingly, she wasn't injured by the shock. Instead she gained the ability to harness the power of the music she made and make energy act like matter. She mostly uses her new powers to help keep her Music Studio in business and fuel sweet rave parties, but what else would you expect from a girl running from boredom?

Example Post:
Bright lights flashed as the beat of synthesized drums penetrated the air. The electronic melodies reverberated throughout the room as Miyuze gracefully maintained the operation of her music machine. Several bodies danced across the floor in a wild display of energy and emotion.
At that moment, the phone began to ring. Taking the needle off the record and walking across the floor, Miyuze continued to hum the melody she had just been playing. The dancers faded into dim sparks the dissipated into the air just as their DJ answered the phone, "This is Miyuze's Music. How can I help you?"
