Super Soldier:
Extreme Strength: Kilam is able to lift a tank up approximately 3 feet if he needed to. In battle, this adds an extra 1HP damage in hand to hand combat.
"Super" Jump: Kilam can jump exceptionally high, around 13 feet if it was needed.
General:
Call to Arms: Kilam will whistle, calling a soldier seemingly out of nowhere, who gives him a random gun and grenade. Sometimes, it may not work out as planned(Given a shotgun when he needs a sniper|)
Determination: Kilam can ignore damage from light injuries at the cost of only having one action when hit with one.
Otherworldly:
Transportation Space: Kilam can pull transportation out from behind his back, as long as no one is behind him. If he is behind something and out of sight, the size of the transportation grows.
Shield Watch: Kilam's shield watch allows him to block a light injury once per two posts, and it also has other, odd uses that a normal shield could have, including(and not limited to), a sled, a bowl, a screen, and a hat if it is needed. (Non-combat)

Role Playing
Back-story: Kilam was a Russian soldier in WWIII on "Alternate Earth ###". When WWIII first started, his house was bombed during an attack by the Chinese, leaving him near-handicapped until he was 18, where he regained his strength and joined the army to fight their new enemy, DoLP, which consisted of many lower powers.

Soon after, he was chosen by the Russians to be a super soldier prototype for them, which they were desperate to complete before DoLP did. It was a great success, but came at the cost of causing Kilam's hair to become silver, and he had became near-albino, his previously tan skin becoming pale, and his eyes becoming red. He had to participate in night missions until the final years of the war, where he was able to get over the sensitivity to the sun.

He eventually worked his way up to a General around the end of the war, which unfortunately ended with most of the world's destruction. He escaped by going deep underground along with a DoLP soldier, the President of the United States, and a Field Marshall named Yevgeny, who had stumbled upon the entrance during the Battle for Chicago.

After that, they moved around the world, collecting around 100000 survivors in total and restarting life in Africa, where they all promised to stay, forbidding access to the other parts of the world. Unfortunately, while Kilam was in the Americas, collecting information, a group of people were able to sneak out of the borders and reach a strange weapon that was unable to be used before the end of WWIII.

An ion bomb, which they activated, killing everyone except for Kilam. Saddened by this, he escaped the world in an undamaged spaceship, flew into a wormhole, and ended up near another world near Mobius.

Example Post: A bullet flashed past the first man's face, striking the second with tremendous force. "How dare you attempt to steal from me." Kilam said, absolutely no emotion in his voice as he slammed his fist into the first man.

Outside of the alley, people crowded were crowding around the area, gasping as they heard two gunshots ring out. Kilam walked outside, carrying the pistol. He looked at all of the other people, some moving out of the way. He smirked before dashing away, dashing behind a tree, and coming out the other side riding a motorcycle.

"This world is going to be fun." He thought.

The weapons and/or items out of nowhere seems comical, but a bit overpowered. That and Super Soldier is two words. Fix this and we'll talk.
