Fur/feather/scale/skin: Sand colored

Theme Words
First: YoYoer (not an official word, but it is a term used among the YoYo crowd)
Ability/item 1: Bladed YoYo- Just what it sounds like, it's like a mini buzz saw on a string.
Ability/item 2: Trick shot- Using magical energy to increase his YoYo's speed and control it, Talif can have his YoYo attack from any angle, even from underground. This attacking style is deadly and accurate, but it takes a lot of concentration so only 'straight' attacks can be used while dodging or blocking. Also, any attack that comes from the ground doesn't actually connect until Talif's next post.
Second: Tricky
Ability/item 1: Flash Bombs- Can be used to stun an opponent and/or make a get away. Doesn't do any damage, but robs an opponent of two of their actions next post. Talif only gets four per RP though, unless it allows for ammo restocking.
Ability/item 2: Sticking Boots- Activated at will through magical energy, Talif can make his boots stick to any surface, this prevents slipping on ice and even allows him to walk up walls. If stuck to a wall/ceiling/hull, it takes one action just to stay there, and another to move, it also costs one action to activate the boots in the first place even on standard surfaces like ice.
Third: Clever
Ability/item 1: Tactical Thinking- In situations where a choice is given to Talif, one choice if there's two or three options, and two choices if there's four or more are automatically spotted by Talif (This is simulated by the GM PMing me the details of those choices). The choices are selected by Talif in post and it counts as an action.
Ability/item 2: Aid of the plane- Talif's abilities are more affected by the terrain than most. He uses the speed that can be gathered on slippery surfaces to increase the velocity of his attacks making them more difficult to dodge. He is able to create cover and blind spots by attacking surfaces such as sand or rock. He is adept at utilizing darkness for surprise and escape. In other words, almost anything that can hinder another character Talif can use to his advantage. This is not a catch all though, he's not able to use certain things like lava or poisonous gas to his advantage, but some things that I didn't yet mention that he can are trees, the sun/ bright lights (attacking from inside it's glare), thick foliage, mud, zero gravity, and icicles/stalactites. The safest place for another character to fight Talif would be a well light room that has no 'open' light is completely empty, and has thick walls of something like steel or concrete (Hell, some areas in the inside of most space ships would devoid him of anything he could use).
Role Playing
Back-story:In his childhood Talif loved to play games of chance and with toys of dexterity. He tinkered and played with them pretty much all day long. After several years of having these things as a hobby, Talif found out that they both have an innate magical energy that is sub-consciously controlled by most creatures creating what is known as luck and skill. Talif discovered that all of these objects have capabilities far more powerful than even the greatest of sub-conscious magic usage would allow and thus spent all of his time trying to figure out how to consciously control the magic. However, by merely finding out about the magic Talif naturally became able to control the power of these things more and more as he practiced with them.
Talif gained the ability to draw out the true potential of any toy requiring dexterity or game of luck and chance. Because of this Talif recreated the fighting styles of the original YoYo creations of ancient times and refined them into an even more powerful art to deal with all the bullies at his school and many of the crooks in his over populated city. He also figured out how to increase his odds when he is given a choice and how to cause real physical reactions from winning or losing a simple guessing game. Armed with a deadly toy and a will to give anything for victory, Talif loves to try his luck in games and situations of life and death themselves.
Example Post: A small group of kids was huddled in a circle in a corner of the schoolyard. It was recess for the 8th graders and the entire yard was filled up with kids doing all sorts of things. In the circle though, a challenge was being met in a duel of skill. The classic game of marbles was being played between Talif and resident rich kid: George. George was a whole foot taller than Talif, but the were hunched over so much that you could hardly see the awkward size difference between the tiger and bear. Each of them had their ten favorite marbles in the circle, and Talif, winning the game of Rock, Paper, Scissors, was going first.
He looked back and forth his head low to the ground, gazing at every possible angle he could shoot the marble at. Finally he took aim. Placing the big marble against his thumb, and almost parallel to the ground, Talif pulled his hand back quite far from the line and flicked with a satisfying noise as the marble hit his thumbnail. Nailing three of the marbles right away, the large marble had just the right force to set off a chain reaction on a full half of the circle. It then seemingly turned in the center of the circle right towards the other half of marbles and plowed right through a good section of them too. When everything had run out of energy and came to a halt, 18 of the 20 marbles had been removed from the circle with only two of George's remaining inside.
"You got to know who to challenge." Talif remarked with a smirk as he began to collect his won marbles. George just sat there with a frustrated and angry look on his face, he couldn't believe that he had lost for the third time in a row, he was sure he would've beaten Talif since marbles was his best game. He didn't even bother taking his turn, and Talif didn't care, he had proved his point well enough.
