Here's my character. I hate Gary Stu's and have tried to stray away from that as much as possible. Let me know if I fucked up.

Attire: Jeans and a old Led Zepplin tour t-shirt. Black wristbands with a single white stripe on each arm and a pair of navy converse sneakers.

Theme Words
First: Musician
Electric Guitar: Eddie plays his guitar, Lucille, for his adoring fans, making them roar with applause at the end of every gig. And when that doesn't work on his enemies, he uses it to bash their heads in! A swing of the guitar deals medium to heavy injuries, that is, if it hits. This fairly unoriginal tactic can be seen a mile away.
Musician's Ear: Eddie has a great sense of hearing. It comes with the musician territory. He can pick an instrument out of any ensemble, or an enemy sneaking up behind him.

Second: Driver
RV: Lovingly named Thor, this RV has been with Eddie since the days when he made a living off playing at high school parties. It can seat up to 4 other people comfortable and also doubles as a home.
Handyman: Over the years good ol' Thor has become a worn hunk of scrap, held together by whatever Eddie finds lying around. Take a look under the hood and you'll be sure to see a rubber band or two! Eddie can always get her up and running, but everyone else gets nothing but trouble from the thing.

Third: Brawler
Fisticuffs: When Eddie gets into a brawl, which is more often than you'd think upon first meeting him, he doesn't solely resort to wildly swinging Lucille around like a madman. Once he gets his head straight he more often opts to use his fists. He's got a mean left hook that deals light to medium injuries when it connects in the right spot. He's also been known to improvise to augment his hitting power. For example he might wrap a power cord around his hand to add a little oomph to his punches. This can possibly push his hits into the heavy injury area if he connects right. His fighting style is more of an anything goes street-style mash-up of whatever he's picked up in his travels.
Recovery: No, this isn't some kind of healing ability. Over the years Eddie has gotten into many fights. What does that mean? Experience. When Eddie gets into it with someone he's often sent flying by some punch or kick. Due to his experience with this sort of situation, Eddie can sometimes react in time to recover from the blow by maneuvering his body to reduce further damage received from landing. He'll still be damaged by the blow, but his impact will be somewhat softened and his ability to counter the blow will also from time to time increase.

Role Playing
Back-story: All his life Eddie wanted to be a rocker. But he has no stereotypical tale of hardship; no commonplace chronicle where the underdog comes out on top. Eddie was born with music in him. Anybody who's met the man can tell you that. He may not have skyrocketed to the top, but he didn't spend long at the bottom either. No, Eddie's got his life just where he wants it: smack dab in the middle. His motto? Always on tour. As a result Eddie is constantly on the move, going from gig to gig making his fans happy.

Eddie is normally a pretty laid back guy, just going with the flow of things. He has a natural subtle confidence about him that ends up spreading to others without being overbearing. However beware of getting him angry. Many a bar fight has broken out as a result of Eddie's rage. Once he gets fighting he's a tough man to knock down. I guess you'd say he's a tenacious little guy with a lot of spirit in him that only really shows when it's forced out by others.

Really a nice, sweet guy though. Once you get to know him.

Example Post:
"Well I guess I've made pretty good progress for one day," Eddie said to himself as he pulled Thor into the rest stop. "I wonder what I'll make for dinner tonight? Should I roast some hot dogs or should I go with the chicken noodle?"

After parking Eddie rooted around in his pantry. It had been a while since he'd had a chance to go to the store and he was running low on supplies. "I guess hot dogs it is," Eddie sighed at the thought of more processed meat. "What I wouldn't give for a nice steak dinner right now. Or even some potatoes! Oh well, now where did I put those matches?" Suddenly Eddie heard something. He turned around to see a dark figure looming over him.

"How did you get in here? Who are you?" Eddie said in a suprisingly shaky voice. It was not normal for someone to sneak up on him like this, and even less normal for his usually soft and sure voice to come out so shakily.

"Oh, you know who I am, Eddie Lee. You just don't recognize me," the dark figure rasped in a voice that grated at Eddie's ears. "You just had a chill go down your spine, didn't you? I'd expect nothing less after the outcome of our last encounter 5, long years ago."

A sudden realization of the mysterious figure's identity washed over Eddie as he felt his assailant's bat strike the side of his head, turning everything to black.

Shit, is my character screwed if someone has a gun? Just wondering. I mean I like him as-is with non-weapon based combat.

Don't worry too much about that. It's good to focus on making a character that's interesting and fun to play as, not simply an efficient killing machine.

My only real problem is the light/medium/heavy damage thing you have going. Do you mean that he deals light/serious/heavy injuries? Clarify.

Yeah, I meant injuries. I went back and changed "damage" to "injury". Oh, and I also switched him over to being a Coyote with gray fur.
