Role Playing
Back-story:He is known as the lost being because he was once a human, but a mystical force changed him into a hedgehog on planet moebius. He woke up in the middle of nowhere. bit by bit he regained some memory of earth through databases. he was treated as an outcast when moebius born beings learned of his origins. His dignity was restored when he beat many people in a race.

Example Post:Streak sat impatiently in the cop car waiting to get to his house
"C'mon C'mon! can't this mechanical snail go any faster!?" Streak protested.
"Streak, you have the right to remain silent."the cop replied.
"I have the right to do a lotta' stuff choosing to do them is a whole other story!"
he spat "We could have arrested you." said the cop simply
"Where did I go wrong? asides from racing in a highway, and what about that guy who was losing? ya gonna arrest him too?"
"We're unable to locate him at the moment." the officer answered. soon the car pulled up at Streaks house and they let him out and took off his cuffs.
"Now kid, the force has a lot to deal with as it is...Stay out of our way!"
Streak went to bed hoping it would clear up by tommorow.

Aaron is right about that, though it really is my job to tell you.

No moving at light speed. That is faster than Sonic can move and as a general rule, if someone can do something that a canon character bu do except better (in this case, running), it's not allowed.
