Well it's definitely no quote of the month, but here's a fun version of that same game. A variation, if you will. I call it:

Signature of the Month.

Hopefully if it goes well, I can actually host this as a monthly thing. Here are a few rules, but nothing official as of yet. I haven't worked out any that conflict with others, but they can be changed when/if the need arises.

1. Sigs must be original from that user.
2. Member may change their sigs however many times as they want, but can only be
nominated for two individual quotes in a month.
3. Sigs can be either a quote, phrase, or picture.
4. No stealing from the staff's random pool of changing sigs!!!!!
5. If someone has more than one quote in their sig, they must be nominated seperately.
6. Disqualifications are as follow:
-stealing another member's sig and using it as your own
-[more to come]

Be on the lookout everyone... GO!

I'm assuming that you should also rule out the staff as contenders because they have the ability to have tons of different signatures at once.
