Theme Words (I dont really get this part but i will try...)
First: Android
Morphos He can morph his limbs to make any steel weapon he wants...think metalic Chaos. If he gets disarmed he Literally becomes....DisARMed (Couldnt resist XP)
Transform He can become any small vehicle he wants...anything from a Motorcycle to a small car. If he expands too large he will injure himself.
Second: Psychic
Metalikinetic He can control all forms of metal. (Magneto is the inspiration)
Telekinetic He can force anything lighter than 600 Kilograms into the air and contol it without touching it. Anything too heavy will give him a huge headache
Third: Khaos
Enrage When he gets ultra enraged he becomes a red variation of himself and becomes 20x more powerful. After this however he becomes a lot weaker than usual and his power drops substantially below his normal strength. He can only activate this ability in the presence of PURE evil and he must have a power source. (Rings)
Meld: He combines his abilities with his partner robot, Platinum. However every time they meld they lose their original structure slightly and slowly become eachother. Platinum rarely will allow INFINITY to meld with him and even so their abilities are limited unless they are in the confines of outer space. If they are on a planet their power isnt as strong as being in space.

Role Playing
Back-story:Project INFINITY: Created 50 years ago in a top secret government space colony (Even more secretive than the ARK). He was completed 2 days before the GUN raid on the Ark.GUN Never found the hidden space colony. He was released when the ARK shot the moon. (The blast shook the hidden colony) He is an android powered by Chaos Dust, a dust made from the aura of a chaos emerald. He is the self proclaimed Ultimate Non-Organic Life form.
Terrified of Rouge, Cream and Big. Neutral aligned
Age: Looks 15, really 50. His personality is a combination of Sonic's easy going laid backness and Knuckles' determined attitude.

Sample post Infinity scanned the horizon looking for his prey. A hot dog stand, he was starving. He got sideswiped by (Insert character of other person here) and fell flat on the ground.
"HEY, what is your beef man?" He yelled. "You nearly ran me over!"

Anyway, it looks like you're just trying to make your own Shadow. I normally don't like to allow Chaos powers, but if you can make this character balanced and a bit more original I'll reconsider.

All of your character's abilities need a description. Include more than simply their name, include any conditions that must be met, any cost that they have, and what their effect is when put into game terms.

Tip:
I know how tedious it might seem, but the more detailed a character is and the more you seem to have thought out their abilities and themes, the faster they're usually approved.

The thing about theme words is that they are WORDS, not phrases. "Mind Powers" could have been changed to "Psychic", "Body Morph" could have been "Transformation" and Ultra Chaotic... well this makes it sound like you're TRYING to make a Gary Stu type of character and I don't really allow for that kind of thing.

I like the idea of a character being a scientific experiment, but on the ARK? This makes your character seem like a shadow ripoff and the fact that in all of your descriptions for how strong the character is you are comparing him to other characters shows a lack of originality. If you're character is going to have chaos powers, include them as abilities attached to theme words, but don't try to just put them in the back story and hope I overlook them.
