Shadow eye:his eyes turn completely black and is able to find someones deepest fear,but can only do one person every 12 hours.

moon time:he can briefly slow down time.he can only do it when he is in critical condition,it allows him to dodge easier,he will pass out for 1 turn.

lunar flare:can fire a small orb of blue fire at an opponent(but he has poor aim)

readings:he can read someones mind only he has trouble turning it on and off.
barrier:can create a small invisible shield for a short amount of time.
Role Playing

Backstory:He is a royal prince from an extremly deprived country...He ran away after his parents deaths to escape a life he did not want to have. He is now a wanderer who is always in the wrong place at the wrong time.(He his currently hiding out in Station Square ally ways)

Ok, this character looks good accept for the following:

1) Possession? Give this a high cost or a major drawback because it can take turns away from other players.

2) Slowing down time? What does this mean in game terms? Does he get extra actions or can he dodge/block more easily? How often can he do this? What is the cost?
