Character Development

Backstory:
Shiro is what they call a "Draco-Hedgehog", his father was a shape shifting dragon named Arkua, his mother was a hedgehog named Alara.
Arkua, then fell in love with an orange Hedgehog, her name was Alara. Arkua and Alara got married, and a year later had Shiro.
Shiro greatly resembles his mother, and also had inherited his fathers wings and tail making him part hedgehog and part dragon.
When Shiro was 10 and still in school, he took to magic training, as well as swordsmen training, his older brother Solaris moved out to live on his own seeing as he was 21 when Shiro was born.
But Shiro has a Tragedy in his past,when he was 11, his mother died of a mystirous illness.

Personality:Shiro may look intimadating, but he is a cheerful and kind hearted person

Explain attire better. "All white" ain't good enough. Like, white gloves, white coat etc.

Your weapons need statistics. Check out one of the pinned topics.

You can't have a Chaos Emerald. That's interfering with the canon. That's not great.

Having one pet takes up one slot. Having two pets takes up two.

Don't add statistics, OK? It doesn't make it any more descriptive, it just sucks badly, very badly. Plus, you have 50 point to allocate between the Strength, Agility and Vitality. Those are the ONLY statistics that are supposed to be there. Also, you misunderstood the SAVLS (Strength Agility Vitality Lesser Skills) system:

You have 50 points to put into Strength, Agility, Vitality. Example:
Strength:
21

Agility:
8

Vitality:
21

But, if you want a Lesser Skill, and you add one into the Lesser Skill slot, you will have 40 points left to put into the SAVLS. Example:

Strength:
21

Agility:
8

Vitality:
11

Lesser Skills:
Driving

And if you want two Lesser Skills, 30 points left for SAVLS. So on and so on.

And your backstory, well, can't really be argued.

Personality is overused, and it needs to be longer and more descriptive.

Example post interferes with the canon cast and if that is your best RP skills, you will not be suited for it. That's just quoting. Take one of my characters' Example Post as an example. See that it's not only quotes? Of course your EP isn't only quotes, it has one or two lines which aren't quotes, but it just isn't good enough. Improve, and I think it can become approved. I can't do so, so don't ask me.

Wow, shiro snapped after one lecture. SOL is so not strict. They just say "use good grammar, spelling, and that's all." now, if your going to rp, the rules will be different.
