List here your top 10 movies and television shows of all time.

My lists:

Movies
1. Watchmen
2. The Dark Knight
3. Almost Famous
4. High Fidelity
5. Slumdog Millionaire
6. Green Street Hooligans
7. The Prestige
8. Once
9. 3:10 to Yuma
10. Reign Over Me

Television
1. Lost
2. The Office
3. House M.D.
4. Heroes
5. Dexter
6. Entourage
7. Breaking Bad
8. Flight of the Conchords
9. Life
10. Dollhouse

I didn't add in any comedy movies because that would just take up spots on the list that could be held by far superior movies. I know that I have two action movies as my top two movies of all time, but I really feel like they're the best that I've seen, not to mention the most enjoyable. Also, I'm noticing a trend in terms of music movies being my favorite. Anyone have any other music movies to recommend? Not talking musicals, but movies that have music as a central theme, like in Almost Famous or High Fidelity.

Also, I've found that I watch far too many TV shows. I ran out of space in my top 10! I wanted to add Scrubs, Mad Men, Arrested Development, Venture Bros, South Park, Chuck, Kings, Fringe, The Big Bang Theory, 30 Rock, Titus, and Eastbound & Down, but I didn't have enough room. :(

I don't really have too many, so I'll just list my top 4. :3

Movies;
1. Hellraiser
2. The Dark Knight
3. Donnie Darko
4. The Hamiltons
They wouldn't let me in to see Watchmen, despite me being 17, so it doesn't make the list yet. :C

TV;
1. House M.D.
2. Family Guy
3. CSI NY
4. Higurashi No Naku Koro Ni
To be quite honest, I don't watch a lot of TV. I'll watch anime online, but that's it...

My mum's word has always been good enough when I've gone to see R-rated movies before at this theatre. Apparently not for the douchebag working there that day. u_u''

I fail at top tens. Never been good at listing only ten favourites, far less in order.

The fact that nobody's mentioned The Venture Bros. sickens me.

Not everyone likes what you like Mrax. But you somehow made it to "cool" status on this site so I guess it's okay.

Too hard to rank them in order.

Movies
The Godfather/Part II (cheat)
The Matrix/Reloaded/Revolutions (cheat)
Children of Men
Brick
Synecdoche, New York (just saw it recently, could drop with more perspective)
The Dark Knight
Apocalypse Now
The Shawshank Redemption
Wet Hot American Summer
American Psycho

Television
Arrested Development
The Office
Flight of the Conchords
Dexter
Mad Men
Breaking Bad
30 Rock
The Simpsons (maybe not as much anymore, but all time, come on)
The Daily Show
Journeyman (died waaaaay too young)
What is it that makes a complete stranger dive into an icy river to save a solid gold baby? Maybe we'll never know.
