Well, he seems vastly overpowered, and not at all versatile. He'd be great for battle of course, possibly too much so, but if a trap or puzzle requires even a decent amount of strength, he'd be screwed. If he had more vitality, he could substitute that for strength if need be, but it wouldn't regenerate.

I really don't know what to tell you, he's just an insanely one-sided character.

Also, backstory isn't long enough, since when does Eggman randomly attack stations? Oh, and memory loss is a terribly cliche and lazy backstory.
