Hey, this is my first post on this forum, nice to be here etc.
I'm currently studying an art course, and for the benefit of improving my artistic skills, I have decided to draw a consistent, weekly comic, to keep me in shape, and enhance my basic drawing, anatomic and colouring abilities.

I am looking for a simple Sonic Fan fiction
Not one based on romance (I'm really not into anthro love, kinda' gives me the creeps), if it is in there at all (perhaps hints, or some small romantic dialouge), please make sure that it is in small doses. This will be your typical action/adventure comic, maybe a little depth would be fine, but I'd really prefer to not draw Sonic pondering panel after panel, I'd like to be drawing some action! Seriously!

Lots of action shots would be great!
I'd really like to draw a comic which would focus on high speed action, maybe a typical quest to fight Robotnik? Maybe Metal is at it again? Either way, I don't mind, as long as it gives me a reason to draw a lot of fighting, or racing!

Try to keep the original cast
I'm never too keen on a character being forced into a plotline in a fanfic, or comic, if your made up character is a major one, try to make sure he's interesting, and GOOD enough to be an official character, remember, this will be a SONIC comic!

This will be a commitment
I will be uploading pages on a weekly basis, (I'd like to increase my credablity on Devart somewhat), so your name may get recognised as a fan author, and your story will be spread even more on the net, this may benefit you too!

Yes, I'm not that good right now, but that is the point of this whole project, I want to improve my skills, I want to be as good as an official comic author, that's my dream!

I've posted a quick pic (and by quick, I mean VERY quickly sketched, the final product will look FAR superior). This is pretty much going to be the style I'll be using for the comic.

Well, i have a fanfic im working on, id be happy to give it to you if you can hold off for a bit. im working on it on a diffrent website, so its not the one i posted here. if you want to use the one i posted here, it has a bit of romance, but the other one im working on is much longer, and it has no romance. Just give me a little bit.

Will you draw the characters old-school styled?

I'm asking because from what I see the Sonic you drew isn't ol' green eyes, which is a good choice on your part IMO.

Its going to be old school? Im getting second thoughts here..my fancharacter looks like a piece of shit in old school already, i dont need him drawn that way.
