Height: Around Shadow’s height
Build: Thin and nibble, not very strong muscles; two tails
Attire: brown beret, black long sleeved shirt with a light blue shirt over it with lilac sleeves, blue pants, bright orange sneakers, and a maroon scarf, gold ball earrings
Also: She has a crush on Shadow (shush)

Weapons/Items/Powers/Abilities:

1) telekinesis (she can read minds)

2) has a blaster with a little red button which makes a big boom^^)

3) unlimited amount of C4

4) can fly like Tails

Stats: um.. not sure what stats are really, but if it numbers add together Cookie has:
2315182/950 or 1157591/475 if you want it simplified as a mixed number or 2437 16/475 if you really want it simplified ^^D(I like math)

Strength: not very 12/50 or just 12
Agility: very fast (17/19 Sonic’s top speed) , make sharp turns and is nimble 43/50 or just 43

Vitality: is very hyper active so she can take it past the limit 63/50 (might pass out later though) or just 63

Lesser skills:
Weapon Skill ( Blaster) 27/10 (total overkill, and that’s why she uses it) or 270
Driving (jet plane) 23/38 she is okay
Knowledge (pretty much whatever) 475/2 (but does she use it? NOOOOOOOOOO……) is also or 475 IQ
Air Riding (Living Daemon) 7/10 flight or 70
Swimming 10/10 (*I am not very good in real life though*) or 100
Climbing 3/10 or 30
Jumping 9/10 or 90
Stealth 6/10 or 60

Character Development

Backstory: From the anti world of Mobius or Moebius (how very cliché), Cookie is the sister of Anit- Miles Prower. So she would not be hunted down, she changed her last name to Kitsune. In hopes of not being taken under captivity by Scourge due to the fact that she was good, Cookie escaped to the Prime Mobius. Cookie then found boredom and moved into a loft. Her along with her friends Leaf, Okaria, Chen, and Lennea-di, she found happiness. She now is a 7th grader and is in solar car. Cookie tries to email her brother as much as she can. The only thing that has not really changed is the fact that she has unlimited amount of C4 and her desire to ignore warnings given on show such as Mythbusters (RUN FOR YOUR LIVES!) She also has a bit of a rebellious streak, but no one knows about it.

Personality: Insane, Brilliant, Caring

Example post: “Why do you even want to go back?” I asked in complete confusion. We had finally ourselves from Scourge for the time being, why does she want to go back? I wondered
“I just… I … “started Chen with great difficulty. I raised my eyebrows trying to understand and comprehend what she was trying to tell me. This must be important, I realized. Chen never stutters.
“What is it?” I asked. There was no way I would let this be locked up.
“Maybe I could explain…” a shadowy voice (not shadow Oo) whispered. We looked around, but saw no one but ourselves.
“Ummmm….. what the heck was that?!”

You shouldn't be talking Frostpine, you've never made an approved character so you really don't understand the system.

The fact is, there's a ton of things wrong with this character. First, telekinesis, and the ability to read minds are not the same thing. Characters in media who can do one can often do the other, but they're not the same. Also, reading minds should have some kind of cost, otherwise she would always be one step ahead of everyone.

The blaster needs stats, it gets an offensive strength, ammo, and skills. The OS and Ammo cannot add up to a combined total of more than ten, each point in ammo gives you three shots, and every skill decreases your total amount of points by two (If you have the skill Homing Shot, for example, you've got eight points left for OS and Ammo, you can read about skills in the pinned topic about weapons).

C4 is once again, a weapon of sorts. Therefore it is impossible to have an unlimited amount (where would you put it all?) as it also needs stats. Being that it is a mine, you automatically have to give it the skill "explosive" so you've only got 8 points left to spare.

The flying needs some sort of cost per distance flown. Probably a cost to agility and/or vitality.

You did your stats wrong. You only get fifty points to divide among Strength Agility, and Vitality (just so you no, Agility =/= speed). Also, any lesser skills you have reduce the amount of points you can use by ten. Lesser skills just mean that you're character is well above average in that subject, otherwise they would just be average (with the exception of vehicle usage)

Oh, and don't try and be so show-offy with the math. It just makes you look like an idiot by over complicating things.

Finally, the crush on Shadow is probably OK, because you can have a crush on someone without affecting there life in any way. The relation to Tails has got to go though. We try to stick away from canon around here, it's OK if you've got some relation in some plausible tiny back story detail to a character that doesn't affect canon, but a relationship of any kind is out of the question. If she's related to anti-Tails, it would mean that Tails would have a sister as well, one that is the exact opposite of your character, and that screws with canon. So she can't be related to Tails, sorry.

Sorry, maybe I shouldn't have worded it the way I did. Personally I thought it was fine since she wasn't completely sure it was right anyways, but looking back you're probably right.
