Okay, I know I've said I'll try to change Stark's history, but I've decided try to change other things, like his appearance and attire so he doesn't seem to look so closely to Shadow. I just hope that it's significant enough to see him differently from Shadow. But then again, I guess it wouldn't matter because of his connection to Shadow, which makes him unoriginal regardless of what I do. Oh well. Anyways, here it is:

Name: Stark the Hedgehog

Personality: Cold-blooded, ambitious, and fierce

Age: Is 50 but because he has been put into suspended animation, he physically appears to be 20.

Appearance: 8 quills. 6 of which are pointed downwards and the other 2 are brought towards over his shoulders, curved upwards at the tips. The quills' lengths are longer than most hedgehogs. The color of the quills are the same as Shadow's except the red is replaced with a dark orange. Also, instead of straight line streaks, the dark orange designs on the quills are in the form of flames.

Attire and Ability: He has metal gloves covered in a white energy-absorbing material. The rings on his wrists and ankles are special elemental power rings that are able to take in different elements absorbed through the gloves. The rings are connected to one another through two energy transfer tubes made of metal. The connections are placed on the sides of the wrists and ankles as to not become a distraction. The rings are powered when elemental energy are absorbed to the gloves. However, only the wrist rings are powered through the process. If Stark desires power to his uniquely made air shoes, then the energy will be transfered via the tubes. If the situation calls for it, Stark can create force fields that not only can withstand powerful blasts, but also allow him to safely traverse in dangerous elemental regions(breathe underwater, walk through flames, etc.). Also, depending on the element, he can control the properties of that element.

Examples:

Water: control flow of liquids and magnetism.

Wind: wind speeds and control over different air types.

Earth: metal and other hard objects.

Fire: controls intensity of heat and lightning.

Void(a.k.a. space/cosmos): pure energies and other celestial forces.

If there is no element absorbed, then the rings are clear and transparent.

History: Stark was the result of Gerald's futile attempt at creating the Ultimate Life Form. Gerald's plan for his prototype was to create a creature capable of controlling the elements and its properties as a countermeasure aganist hostile alien races. With the assistance of Black Doom, Gerald succeeded in this field and deemed his experiment perfect. However, the professor would soon realize that Stark was far from perfect. Because the hedgehog was created to be the age of adulthood, Stark suffered from mental instability and his craze for destruction due to his ability to control elements. Stark went on a killing spree on the ARK, only to be put down by a specially equipped GUN unit. He then was put into suspended animation as ordered by the government, moments after he swore revenge on all pitiful beings. It would only be 50 years later would Stark place judgment on all Mobians.

OK, you know what? I won't bother you with the history now.

OK, so his abilities seem rather overpowered, and by the way, water has absolutely nothing to do with magnetism. Well yeah, it's attracted by it, but that's about it. And about that, controlling elements? I vote for a no. There's only one type of air, by the way.
But I guess those abilities are very limited, as Stark must absorb them, yes? I have to admit, he'd make a cool game character. Sort of.
So as far as appearance goes, I guess I'll have to let it slip, since there are by far too many that rip Shadow off. There is no use to do anything about it.
I still don't like the character, but hey, I don't have to. No one else but you have to, so yeah.

I apologize for the double post but Stark's history was bothering me and so I've decided to change it. I don't even know why I didn't change his history like I did with the other traits yesterday. Guess I must of gotten lazy after writing out his powers. My mistake. Anyways, I thought about it and have decided that this new history will be his final one. Once I've explained it, it's set and done. Everything else will stay the same. My hope is that this time that this new and final history will make Stark original.

New History: Years way before the Great War had begun, tension began to mount between the Overlanders and Mobians. Due to the lack of use of technology, the Mobians concluded that they needed some sort of 'natural' weapon that can help them fight aganist the Overlanders if the time came. Mobian scientists proposed to create a living weapon. Since Mobians were creatures that loved nature, they wish for their weapon to be able to control the elements. Controlling the elements, they thought, can and will prove to their enemies that technology is not the only method of destruction. In fact, they believe that their weapon will be the 'most pure and most natural weapon to have ever walked the planet or any planet for that matter'. A young King Maximillian Acorn was at first skeptical of the idea, but after considering the fact that this weapon could help protect his people from future threats, he gave the scientists' permission to begin the project. And so, after lying to the humans aboard the ARK that they needed their technology for defensive purposes, they setted up an underground lab with the needed technology in tow. But before work could begin, the scientists talked amongst one another as to decide which creature DNA they should forge. After much debate, they all chose to forge a hedgehog's DNA. With everything in place, the scientists began their work. Despite the fact that all of Mobius' great minds were at work on the project, they requested the aid of Professor Gerald. Gerald, however, refused to give any input thus he never got personally involved. Instead, he just asked that he gets informed daily on the progress.

It would not be till the much later stages of the experiment did King Maximillian saw this as a fatal mistake. He, however, did not understand the technology involved so he told the humans about the truth of what was going on. The humans manage to close down the project but the nontheless, work continued in secrecy. Gerald was still informed at the time and when he was told that the weapon was nearly complete, Gerald began to worry not only for Mobius, but for the humans as well. And so, with the information he obtained that details Stark's abilities, Gerald began working on special equipment as countermeasures if something was to go wrong. A specially equipped GUN unit headed for Mobius in order to retrieve Stark but by the time they arrived, it was too late. Stark had already woke up and due to his mental instability and his craze for chaos, the hedgehog went on a killing spree, murdering all of the scientists. It would only be moments later when Stark would finally be put down by the special GUN unit. King Maximillian asked the soldiers to destroy Stark but they were told by their government to bring Stark to the ARK for 'safekeeping'. They did what they were told and brought Stark to the ARK and put him into suspended animation, moments after he swore revenge on both the humans and Mobians.

No, he isn't use for anything, although I used him for writing pieces at school, but that's about it.
