The server has had some crazy load spike the last however many x evenings in a row at x time, but I optimized the fuck out of it and it seems to be flying pretty fast now. Like, Sonic fast!!!
General FYI for anyone who cares much and may have noticed it. I didn't, but my inbox kept getting spamed with server load warnings.

I don't know, the forum isn't really loading that fast on my IBM PS/1's external 28k modem connection... I give these "improvements" a B- overall. You'll have to try a little harder to impress me in the future, Requiem.

I've noticed the server overloads, I keep trying to come here at night and I get an error screen. :|

Does, that like, happen even now? I've not noticed any issues so far but if anyone else sees that sort of oddity, be sure to let me know. I'm sure I can beat Apache and PHP with a stick until they behave.

It probably was the server overload issue. Not as if it had much to do. The stats are great but I only finally got around to optimizing everything since the last os reload a few months back.
