Plenty. But that's only because I don't watch television, don't use a cellular phone, and have a diet that's high in arachidonic and docosahexaenoic acid, which builds strong brains.

After waking up, Sonic thought about making breakfast. he decided a nice chao egg omelett would give him the needed nutrients and energy for a whole day to avoiding Amy, so he opened the refridgerator and grabbed a large chao egg. he cracked it on the fry pan and a baby chao popped out!! Not one to let a silly miracle like birth stand in the way of him and avoiding Amy, he smeared the baby chao in butter and cooked him over a low flame. The baby chao squealed and yelped as his flesh cooked on the hot skillet.
Sonic tossed the baby chao about on the pan as it started to cook a nice golden brown. Sonic took a fork and stabbed the baby chao in the eyes, retinal fluid oozing out of his forked wounds and sizzling on the hot pan.
Sonic added minced onions and chopped peppers to the shrieking, hollering chao as he took a sharp knife and diced the chao into small bloody bits.

It was the best breakfast he ever had!!
