Ceaser whirls his blades around him, cuasing 4 attacks to any creature within 5 feet. Each attack costs x strength to use, just like a normal attack. Costs 2 points from strength, agility, and vitality to start. After using blade spin, Ceaser becomes disoriented, Making him vernarable for 2 posts; he can't attack again for one post.

Gives 1.5 strength and 1.5 stamina

Character Development
Backstory: Ceaser was brought from the past into Sonic's universe breifly before the emerald teleported him here.. Perviosly he was a Gladiator who had been the reigning champion of the arena. He was awarded an Emerald with special powers for his bravery and skill. The emerald was not a chaos emerald, but some kind of copy, It was made in the Future to try and replicate the chaos emeralds, and somehow teleported itself back in time. It was discovered and given to Ceaser. The emerald seems to have a mind of its own, as it brought him to the 21st century. Ceaser formed friendships with the freedom fighters, becuase they where fighting by choice and for the good of Mobius, not becuase they had to for entertainment, like a gladiator. His friendships were shortlived though, because he got teleported into this dimension. Works as a mercenary or odd-job man, trys to help the good as much as he can, will not do any dishonorable job. He lives in whatever be readily available, be it damp cave or cushy apartment, right now he wanders the road, looking for money-making jobs. He will do something for no money if it means he gets to help out those less fortunate then himself.
Personality: Large appetite, Respectful, quiet, loves modern Apliances, holds honor as the highest quality, likes to read, although he can't do it very well, occasionally has flashbacks about his past in the arena.
Example post: Ceaser looked down from his apartment window, amzed at how the glass seemed to be invisable, but strong enough to stop him from falling. Sighing, he went back to his bed. He wanted to curl up and go to sleep in the warm, soft sheets of cotten, but he knew there was work to be done. Getting back up, He grapped his coat and took the elevator down to the lobby.
" Heading out? " asked the receptionist.
" Yes, go work, thankyoumuch. " said the not very fluent cat.
Out on the narrow street, Ceaser began to get nervous, as he didn't like crowded places. Ducking into a side-alley, he felt better in the dirty, vacant area.
Unfortunatly, it wasn't completely vacant, some muggers ran in after him. Ceaser whirled around, and flung back his trench coat to reveal 2 identical swords. This didn't faze the muggers much however, as they had guns. Ceaser wasted no time, stabbing the first mugger, then loping of the hand of the second mugger, which held his gun. The third mugger took one look at the bloody blade and started to run away. Ceaser jumped, rolled, and cut off his legs. He then decapitated the muggers. After cleaning the bloodstains of his jacket, he continued on to work at the local library.
