It's Pyro again. I know we're notorious for never finishing an RP, but this time it WILL be different because this time there WILL be definite point where I can end it. Everyone, prepare for the first RP that WILL be finished.

[SPECIAL CONDITIONS]

In this RP, you may only play as one of your characters and you must pick a side of the story to follow. You may choose to play the "Light" side of the story with Magus, or the "Dark" side of the story with Derek. I will try to balance out the teams if they become uneven. Be sure to read your side's half of the story. When all characters on the opposing side are defeated (Vitality 0 or they surrender) your side wins. Winners will receive bonus experience points.

Depending on which side wins I will plan out the next RP accordingly.

[LIGHT STORY]

It was about midnight when the doctors at Station Square Hospital were able to move their patient out of the ICU. "It's incredible how fast he recovered," one of the nurses stated. "Yes," answered one of the doctors, "But how did he acquired such grievous wounds in the first place? I've only heard of one or two other cases like this. It's almost like he was hit by a block of ice the size of a fist, but then why would the affected area be bone dry?"

Now in a different room, the white-furred, part-feline patient stirred and woke up. He tried to sit up, but his stomach still hurt from his injury so he lay back down. "Ouch..." he mumbled, "Ugh... where am I?"

As the patient looked around the room while still lying down, he realized he was in what humans seemed to consider a place for healing. "Oh, good," he commented under his breath as he fell asleep, "It looks like I might live to fight another day."

[DARK STORY]

At about midnight in the Mystic Ruins, a grey-furred anthro was washing a deep gash he had on his arm in a shallow stream. Growling as he tried to dry the rinsed wound with his black scarf, he turned his head upwards toward the forest canopy. "You got lucky," he stated, apparently talking to some far away foe, "but it won't happen again."

Once again putting his mind on patching himself up, he realized that the shadows of the trees around him seemed to be creeping into his wound. "Well," he commented, "I forgot I could do that." Sitting back on the shore of the stream and relaxing, he could only seem to think of how tired he had become. Closing his eyes, his breathing became slow and steady. As the darkness closed in around him, he said one last thing before drifting off to sleep.

"The fight has only begun..."

I will wait and see how many people sign up. Don't star RPing yet, just tell me who you'll be playing as and what side you want to be on. I will bring your characters into the story during the beginning part. BE sure to keep them in character and try not to worry, I will PM you with details of what your character was doing int he location they were found (I'll do this according to their backstory) but beyond that, you have full control over them.

Yay! A rp! I would love to join, but both my character sheets got deleted after the matinance. Some time tommorow or tonight I will re-type Tetra's char sheet and if you could approve I will join. Put me on Light side but if there are too many light-siders feel free to move me.

Wow, we've got a nice turnout for this one. Just let me see if I can find a way to balance out the teams and work on how everyone's going to get here and we can get started. Unfortunately, one of the guys who want to be light will have to be dark so anyone of you who's character fits either way will be reassigned. More folks can sign up if they wish right now, but keep in mind that too many chefs can spoil the broth.

This looks like a very big pvp rp, I hope there will be some npcs since there are only 7 of us.

Ok everyone, I've almost got this organized enough to play but I'm going to have to ask now that nobody else joins in. Trust me, I've got enough headaches right now.

On a side note, make sure people get a chance to post responses before continuing the RP with your own post. We've had problems relating to that in the past.

Derek stirred awake. The sun was just starting to rise and nearby, he could see someone (Greystone) walking along the nearby dirt road that cut through the forest. Derek could sense something about this person... it was something familiar.

Stepping onto the road and waiting for the traveler to get closer, Derek raised his hand and waved hello. "Hey," he said, "Why so gloom and doom? You look like something's really bothering you."

Magus lifted himself off of his bed and approached the window of his room. He could see that he was in the city and let out a sigh. "It's all so unnatural," he mumbled to himself, "No wonder they need coffee just to live through it."

Turning around, he saw a strange creature (Aaron) come into the room. "Hail, Water spirit," he greeted as he bowed slightly, "What brings a creature of nature to this odd place?"

[Aaron the Waterhog]

"I am not sure. It was as if something was calling me to this room." Aaron looked at the person in front of him. "Perhaps you might know better than I would. There seems to be something about you, although I cannot place the feeling."
