3) Blur (Can turn his body into a vague aberration, this causes his claws to have their OS and DS to shift, i.e. OS: 2 DS: 6)
4) Blink Strike (At the cost of 3 Agility and 5 Vitality he can blink up to 30 feet in any horizontal direction and can make an immediate Claw attack. This attack does not allow him to move through solid objects, in fact, Rapid is still vulnerable to traps and similarities)

Character Development:
Backstory: Rapid is the leader of the dangerously extinct species of Iberian Lynxes which he protects by all cost so their numbers will grow. He is the leader for a good reason, he was afflicted by one of Dr. Eggman's chemical warfare that was ment to wipe out civilizations.

Before that happened, Rapid was a pack leader, he sent his pack away to the coast while he remained in hope to hold the gases long enough to win his pack some time to escape. All his effort was in vein, the gases swept through the lands like grasshoppers on drugs, although he failed to hold the gases, his pack was healthy and well at the shores.
For Rapid this was a whole different story, but he was a persister and managed to live with his infected and partly mutated body, granting him several powers and the ability to talk the human language.

Personality: He mostly stalks his prey for a while until the point where he sees an opportunity, at that point he sneaks up to it and punctures it from behind with his nails. If his prey is capable of speaking, he usually says something harsh or cruel right after stabbing it.
He has a deep, growling voice that is quite similar to the voice of the alter ego of the main personality in the movie “Me, myself and Irene”.
He is a harsh, cruel teen who enjoys eating rabbits and small rodents.

'You think you're pretty clever don't you?', Rapid said while leaning against a nearby tree as his prey stood confused facing a dead end, he/she turned around, Rapid looked him straight in the eyes.
'I was expecting you'd use contra psychology, it was pretty obvious wasn't it?', Rapid walked leisurely towards his prey while rolling a cigarette with some nimble use of his nails. He stopped to light it, he was still more than 5 yards away from <player character>, he took a drag of his cigarette and blew the smoke out slowly, he put it out and pounded it deep in the firm soil.
'It seems I've been a step in front of you... now back to business, I'm hungry you know and since you fell for my trap the odds of me attacking you are surprisingly high. You can try running... but do you wanna try me?'

At this point the player in question is supposed to give an answer.

Nice job here, you followed format (unlike other members that have tried to sign up lately). Thanks for showing interest in the SOL RP section. That being said, You have to fix a few things before I approve this character.

You need to record this character's build (are they fat, skinny, muscular, average, etc.?) and attire (clothes).

It costs 2 points for each specialty his weapon has. Because of this, his weapon's stats shouldn't go higher than 8 total. Take two points out of the claws or get rid of their specialty.

Lastly, I like his Tighten Muscles ability, but why not just give him an enhancement instead to double his Strength? That way, you don't have to waste Agility on what should be free and permanent.

Fix these things and I'll see about approval. I like approving good characters like this one. I really do.

For some unclear reason, many things have gone missing, including his weapons and abilities...
so I'll update his clothing, etc. I've already made them and put in a word file...
